I did nothing wrong with my account. I was locked out twice. Couldn't send messages. Couldn't verify. No real way to contact customer support.

I like the wallpaper the most. Account issues got locked need to verify and wait. I email to request unlock account in urgent. I personally do not use line. It was first introduce by retail store and I got audio chat. I like the character products, also photo capture with the status. Later a father and daughter recommended me to join LINE. This is the only app wii can get connected. Please allow unlock i.e. the instructions do not unlock the account. The family separation brings up uncertainty.

lost ability to send out msg for two days! I can see all the incoming msg, but all my outgoing msg can't see by others even it is successfully sent out. Not a WiFi connection problem cause all other apps works fine.

Infuriating to transfer to a new phone. This app doesn't allow you to force back up to cloud when you want to switch to a new phone and you won't know when it backs up. Have a back up set to daily and it has not backed up in days. Logged in to my new phone which logged my out of my old phone and deleted all of my chat data. Thanks Line. Have switched phones 3-4 times with Line and it has always been an infuriating experience. What if I have a phone and a tablet? Not allowed.

I tried using line as a foreigner visiting Japan and was sending a few messages to local friends who told me they never received any of my messages. I tried logging out and logging back into the app and it said it can't send me an sms verification for 50 days. I opened support tickets to line and their support staff said my account must have been automatically locked out but refuse to say why. Other tickets since have been completely ignored. Many other visitors I've spoken to have had the same.

Hi Line Team. It has been over a year that I have trouble reading videos sent in LINE on my Galaxy note 8. The video play in Line desktop, but not in the smartphone. It was not always like that. You must have made changes that caused the issue to start. And the videos are short, less than 20s, but they would stop playing at 4 or so seconds, and I cannot save/download them from my phone either. That is an issue other android users must have experienced. It is not pleasant at all.

I'm giving it a chance again to this app but every time I try to access any shop either Themes or Stickers I get "an error has occurred" message so pretty much I'm unable to buy content to personalize my experience

First time I used this app I lost all conversation and contact. Give it another try 3 years later. Trying to log with the app and also my computer. Didn't worked, after couple of try app block me for 2 months. I never been that far push away from using this app. Day nobody will use it anymore won't be a surprise for me. Sooooo bad, sush a waste of time

After the update of 8.14.2 it sucks big time. Like the notification sucks. Yes it allow us to choose the ringtone but it became slower and even after I answer the call, the ringtone still plays in the background while talking. Please fix this. And where is the pop up screen you did when video calling? You need to have it back. What happens to the floating call bar also known as.hide and unhide. Please fix it. I've been using this app for 6 years now. The old school one was way better. And after another update, I can't see the sticker preview. Wow great.
