Always drops in and out of wifi. Which sucks if you need the change channel for whatever reason. Happens multiple times a day. Has nothing to do with our wifi connection it has to do with the app

Fetch is awesome. But the meni tv box is a very baggy divice and worse device i have ever spentmy mony on. The constant freezing is absolutely frustrating. What ever you do. Don't wast you time buying the meni box. Until the software is up to day.

Like the idea, it all works well. But absolutely disgusted by the amount of adds. 5 minutes of program to 6-7 minutes of adds. Why I am paying to be relentlessly bombarded by advertising? Certainly NOT worth the cost. Reduce the adds by half and you might have something of some value. Right now it's a scam. Can't expect much given its supplied by foxtel.

The button layout is terrible, the forced vibration for button taps is annoying, and there is no keyboard input for screens that require keyboard input, making this a less tactile option than the awful physical remote.

Latest update lost the option to show the TV guide style of one page for each channel which was very good and set this app apart from other TV guides. Restore this option in the update or my rating remains 1 star.

When you travel overseas, even with valid credentials, a current subscription and being an AU resident, it doesn't work over WIFI but does kind of work with roaming data enabled. That user experience was not that well thought out.

Great unit when it works, I have a Fetch Mighty and two Fetch Mini's, all of them freeze up and need power disconnected fairly regularly, other than that, they are great units. Annoying when it freezes and doesn't record your show.

Half the buttons have no effect on the TV, its slow to respond and now im stuck on one channels sound and anothers picture very annoying that there is no trouble shooting that i can find or help centre.

Everytime I try to use this app I have to reboot my phone (sometimes multiple times) as I get a "Streaming Error" message. So unreliable, I'm almost ready to get rid of my Fetch account.
