Barcode does not load of you don't have data. This happened to me on a street corner. Driver let me on anyway and I tagged a block later when my mobile data signal came back. There should be an offline mode if you already have a loaded balance (and have previously sync'd the app)

This app is a great tool for riding the bus & knowing when its going to show up, not sure for the trolley. The ONLY REASON I give it a low rating is because if you try to sign in it doesn't allow to sign in [ for at least for me]. The website is a better place to sign in for now that least until this problem/bug is fixed.

I am happy they are trying to improve thing, but this is honestly not that much better than compass. The set of features included and the user interface design makes me question if they did enough research into this.

Its pretty terrible. Yes, its nice to have an app. But rarely does it actually work to scan payment. Doesn't allow for paying for multiple fares (self + dependents) so out of luck for that convenience.

Very often it signs me out, says I have abad gateway or refuses to achknowledge my account/card. Already been lateto worm because of these bugs. Extremely unacceptable, I have to uninstall and install the app again to fix it which uses up data to do so. Previous app never had these problems. This bug needs to be fixed ASAP.

The fact that it doesn't work off-line is a problem. It actually crashes when it's off-line and you try to use it. I almost miss the trolley rebooting my phone. I just purchased a card because the app is not reliable.

Easy to use. I can reload my card anywhere, any time when my balance is low. I can also use the automatic feature to reload when my balance drops below a specified amount of my choosing. It also helps me find routes to places I've not been before.

Terrible!!! Trying to create a new account. First it says the email I want to use is not valid. Then, upon second try, it says the email is already in use. Then when I try to sign in using that email, it says it's an invalid address?! Extremely frustrating & no live chat or real-time help. Sounds about right for public transit in San Diego.

How about useful instruction on the train platform. Forcing visitors to use a confusing system when they simply want to buy a train ticket is the dumbest thing I've seen. There is no more option to buy buy single ticket. The old system was easy to use. This new San Diego ticket system change is the worst I've seen in any major city.
