I was totally into this app at first and started a free trial to try the other filters. What a huge mistake. My free trial never worked, never got a response from everybody. I had an alert set on my phone for the day my trial ended, assuming I had until MIDNIGHT since they never said otherwise. Checked my bank account and realized they had already charged me $22 for a year already. No refund. HORRIBLE customer service!

I LOVED it before but now it's just a mess. The whole experience is now 0 because of all the filters (thrown between the free filters) that have to be payed in order to be used. I really don't like it anymore. Going to uninstall it until I find out that there is some improvement

Its driving me crazy. The app worked fine for months but suddenly each time i take a picture it gets diatorted in my internal storage and it has this explosion of colour. Please fix it. I've sent a lot of feedback but not much has been done.

Hi, I would like to know if it would be possible to get back old photos from an ipod which doesn't work anymore but most photos were taken on retrica, I cannot remember my email address which was used back then and the photos mean everything to me and really need to recover them.

Retrica is a very good app indeed! However, improvements are still needed like the addition of insta borders in pics, and maybe effects like light leak and grainy film like in Snapseed. But I am very satisfied with the filters. It's one of the most complete filter app available!

Ok so I wanted to make a selfie. I choosed a second filter. The picture was great and I was happy with it but a subscription windows popped up and lost the picture. I'm not a photogenic person and it made me mad. I don't wanna use it anymore. Avoid this app as much as you can. There should be free shots from the beginning.

It is though a great camera but after few days it starts creating blur pictures! It happened a lot of times, then it has to uninstalled and installed again! It has to be fixed otherwise people would start hating to install it again and again! Thank you

Even using the free filters, everytime I take a pic, it'll send me to subscribe rather than save my picture. Not sure this is what an app is supposed to do given it's free filters. Can't even tell you if the filters are any good since I can't see the end result.

I have been using it for a long time but with the new phone (Redmi Note 9 Pro) I am facing the issue of the application shutting down on its own when I click a picture. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the application a number of times hoping it would work but seems like its a know issue and yet has not been solved.
