The app itself might be ok but there are issue on server side. Have tried for a week to identify. Most of the time it is not connecting at all. When it does it is usually asking me to state my name and then disconnects. When I was able to get in it sent me not one but multiple (5-6) different SMS codes and when I entered one of them it wasn't the right one, process failed. There room for improvement so to say. ;)

The app doesn't work properly on smartphone. After successful ID I had to do the whole process again several times because the next page couldn't load. I tried it on two different smartphones and on several different internet connnections. It was unsuccessful, and the staff was mainly rude and unhelpful. In the end I had to complete the process on a computer, and had to buy a new hd camera. I don't recommend this app for businesses because the process is not fast and easy, but frustrating!

I tried to confirm my identity on app 3 times in a row, it always stucked at the video call part. Thinking that the issue might be related to android version, I tried to do the same thing on windows 10 computer. It has been 1 hour and I am still waiting for an IDnow specialist to contact me. I didn't get the point of this application, if I knew I wouldn't choose this option at all.

This was one of the worst user experience in every sense of the word. Where should I begin? - An app which crashes repeatedly. Makes my phone heat up badly. - Waiting times as high as 30 minutes ( that's as far as my patience allowed me to wait). - The rudest selection of service executives. The first one abruptly cut the call, and failed my verification. The second one's video would freeze (I was unlucky to be connected to that same guy twice over), and then nothing. Absolutely useless app. I've tried several times and still wasn't able to confirm my identity. The app doesn't recognize passports from all countries. And once you get through this step there (i used different ID document) there is no chance to get connected with their specialist! I've waited for a video connection for more than an hour, multiple times, and no one answered. I think no one is even working here.

They pretend like they do remote identification, but they don’t. I tried it tens of times, from different smartphones - whenever it comes to turning on the camera light - it breaks (of course if the whole app does not freese before that - then you get your failure even earlier). Several hours of wasted time in total, inability to use my credit card, which I need now to rent a car - and I will lose money for car booking - like the whole situation wasn’t enough. "Great" service

Signing of the document failed with application crash. Tried 5 times and the same. Apparently a good suggestion from them was to use mobile data. Needless to say it wouldn't even connect. I hope i will get soon a way to do it via laptop, but apparently is not that easy.

The worse experience. Experts are so rude. I had to try 6 times on day 1. They all hung up on me. The last one even said "I have no obligation to stay on the line while you are waiting for your sms to come" and hang up. Lovely. 2nd day, finally worked after 2 attempts. The app crashes, to rate your experience not working, after finally managed to complete I had a notification saying identification had failed. This is not a reliable service and even less pleasant staff.

Useless - I too have tried several devices and still cannot connect. I have a very good internet connection but the app seems to think otherwise. It has cost he too much time and effort. Other ID Apps work much better without any issues - therefore cannot be my connection ... shame ...

Not great. This service pushed the app on me because their web version was not working at all. Getting through the first forms was a struggle because buttons were randomly not working. The first try actually getting verified didn't connect me and I kept getting the android warning that the app stopped working even though I could see it running just fine, just not connecting me to an agent. All in all, not great and very annoying to use. The person verifying me was very kind though.

Garbage App keeps failing in the middle of the identity verification workflow without saving anything, so you need to start over every time. But when it fails in that way, it freezes and you cannot restart the workflow without restarting your phone (even re-installing the app doesn't solve this). It requires creating an account, but you cannot do this ahead of the live session with the specialist - this would at least let you save your photo and photos of your ID...

I've found it simply great. I've been put on hold due to high traffic, then I received an SMS when available. Extremely easy to use, very kind personnel, it took few minutes for the validation. I am looking forward to see it more used in the wide range of applicable services.

Horrible experience; tried 7 times, all of them failed: 4x unable to process my ID document pic, 1x connection problems (choppy video feed), 1x sound problems (operator couldn't hear me and hung up on me), and finally I was told that their system doesn't support the thing I was trying to authentocate for, even though I was directed here by that same thing.

App works, but just with some caveats. The problem is, that you can't use any Bluetooth headsets. And even a connected Galaxy Watch is interrupting - because it is registered as a calling headset. The user experience is not great with that limitation...

I wanted to open an account and I had to use this service in order to be verified. Seems straightforward enough. In reality though it has been a massive inconvenience. I started the process 3 months ago and everytime I tried connecting to a specialist, I waited for hours and hours to no avail. I have only managed to connect once and the specialist didn't speak English so we had to disconnect... Absolutely terrible experience, if you can't deal with the requests then hire more specialists!

Weirdest experience in a long time. It was really trying to copy an analog process (a person checking your passport) to a digital process without any effort to rethink the process. Also, did not work the first time I tried it. The second time my official ID was not accepted but had to go and get my passport.

The service is quite bad. One had to wait for more than an hour just to get connected but then the person at other end says my video is not clear or my audio is not audible. It looks fishy as I can see and hear them properly in all cases.

Terrible application with impolite staff! It crashes repeatedly, and if you are lucky enough to be able to connect to operator, then you'll have voice/video issues. And if everything goes well with application itself, so you can talk with rudest operators you ever seen.
