Great idea, terrible execution. Half the buttons don't even work, I had to start recording through streamlabs on my P because the button didn't work, and then the button didn't even work to end the recording, so I had to go to task manager and end streamlabs just to stop the recording. Maybe if y'all fixed some of the things that worked, the review score would be higher than a 3.3

I used to love using Streamdecks, and when I suddenly couldn't log on anymore after the recent update, I figured it was just a bug. From what I understand, they decided to pay-wall the app, out of the blue. Would have been nice to have a heads up. I'm seriously considering switching over to another service. No way I'm paying 150$ per year for services I can get for cheaper and better quality elsewhere. (And yes, I did fill in a ticket, and I still haven't gotten an answer.)

I'm not able to loging in streamlabs remote. I'm a prime user I want to use the theme. BBut when I singing in with my account the loging page loading for ever. And also once you open the app and close it second time when you reopen it stuck it opening screen for ever. I have to clear app data every time to open this app. This is a huge issue. Im using redmi note 8 pro android version 10 miui 11.0.4

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I was unable to connect after scanning the QR code a couple times, then I noticed there was a windows prompt on my PC from Streamlabs. After allowing that I connected no problem. Works great, don't have to tab out of my fullscreen games while streaming or remember hot keys for scenes.

It used to work. Now when I open it I get no buttons. Trying to go to configure it just says loading and spins forever. Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried logging out and back in. Nothing works. It's weird, ever since I signed up for Streamlabs Prime I've had nothing but issues... This is getting really frustrating. REALLY FRUSTRATING. Get it together Streamlabs.

Edit: this issue has been fixed. Still at four stars simply because if it broke once, it has lost some of my confidence in the app. I would be hesitant to use it if there are other options available. Previously worked flawlessly. Recent update made the app completely nonfunctional. Infinite login loop with no explanation of error.

This app has been fantastic, but recently I found that mid stream, the buttons would no longer become responsive and won't switch scenes. Giving it 3 stars because if I restart the app, it's fine, and it's worked great in the past, but recently it has been giving me trouble

[Updated: May 2021 (2⭐)] So the devs fixed things and it was good for a 1-2 months and now it won't work again... Disconnected me from everything and the QR remote doesn't want to read the image at all. Not sure if it was because of an update or the remote functionality has now been reverted back to paid only... Difficult to us. To scan the QR code using the app works seldom. Closing the app and restarting SLOBS on the PC seems to do the trick SOMETIMES. it is generally unreliable, but when it works it is great to ha e and is quite intuitive

The application connects with my stream labs account and I can work with it for a while. Then, the application doesn't work because it lost the connection. If I use the option to reconnect, it can't do it. In this state, it's an unuseful app. My phone is a Fairphone 3 with Android 10.

Have been using this app successfully for three or more streams and then all of a sudden it won't connect and requesting Use Code but I never received a code. So now the app is useless as I can't connect to control my Streamlabs. Have entered a ticket to get help.

Great way for controlling your stream from your phone. If you're having issues with the app saying you got to connect your firewall you could to go to your computer settings and allow streamlabs obs in firewalls and you can have to connect to the same internet as the computer. I hope this helps :)

Edit: since the past update everything seems to be working fine again. It seems like I'm not the only one with this problem, the deck worked really well for a few months and now refuses to connect. I've tried manually inputting my information and it won't scan the qr code. I hope this will be solved soon.

Seems like exactly what I need for streaming but I can't get the remote control connection to work! It keeps telling me to make sure I'm on the same wifi on my computer and phone but I am. QR scanning doesn't work and neither does manual connection. Hoping this gets fixed soon because this would help out so much.

Edit: Even though it is now back to being free, i still wouldent recomend the app because of the lack of plugins and paywalls. Original: I would never recomend streamlabs. You can easily get everything on prime completely free with obs and some effort. It never connects to streamlabs desktop and now that they want you to pay for prime (there premium plan) for something WHICH USED TO BE FREE is just a absolout joke. Just use touchportal if you need a streamdeck for your phone.

Bugs keeping it from being useful... When trying to use as a "StreamDeck" alternative, once a Scene is selected, all other Scenes disappear... Not useful at all for live streams since u can't select another Scene after the first one.

Works great, nearly instantaneous response. Started to use this whole streaming since I only have a single monitor, and that I keep my mobile screen on to keep a track of veiwers...this helped quite a bit and is very intuitive?

The app used to work great but after it's most recent update it no longer allows you to switch between scenes which is the only reason people want the app. It seems that they've reached the point where they've realized they no longer want to allow people to have the free stream deck access and would rather have people pay them hundreds for physical stream decks. This is truly unfortunate that they have become corrupted by their monetary lust I am truly disappointed.
