Let me start by saying, the drivers do not get paid enough. The GPS interface is absolutely awful. It glitched so bad today, my driver and I had to use our own GPS systems. It pulled up my stops incorrectly and was directing my driver down a one way road into a building. busy times aren't actually busy for the area and just the increase is almost 2-3x the regular price. For the safety of the drivers and passengers, please work on this.

The app needs rethinking. It either severely underestimates distances and traffic either the routes it proposes are not viable for drivers. A 3 minute arrival estimation turns into 10 easy, sometimes 15-20. Also, why does it charge you before finding a driver? A few times I had to ask for a lrefund because there was no car available. Another final annoying thing: gives youto get ready and your driver is close when they're clearly not and you are on the marked spot already waiting for them.

It's been a while since the last time and using it again in a trip to LAX the app was very confusing, kept changing price during the booking process, the wait time for the car was significantly longer than what I remember and I keep reading about new company approaches to offer/demand to set prices rather than the old method of fairness with both driver and user.. seems like the greed took over the service

Uber App consistently is unstable. A reinstall does not fix this. The screens black out and reset after each step in the request a ride features. Additionally...I have noticed a pattern of this correlating to price changes to higher amount when attempting in same session. I no longer feel it's a good choice to only use Uber for rides. It seems best for those who do not own a vehicle to use multiple services.. Lyft and whichever other companies are available in your area.

For the past month, the app keeps logging me out everytime I try to use it. This never happened before. Terrible as when one needs a ride, you should be able to just open and request one, not have to log in, have the app ask you to log in a different way, then even though the password and login are correct, force you to use a one time code then have to do this all over again for every single ride. Garbage

So, this is probably me before deleting the app because how is it possible I get a magic pending charge in the app of a trip I never took? Yes, you read well, I have an "outstanding balance" that magically popped up today when I had just finished a ride that the total wasn't even close to that, this is absurd, there is no one to contact because there is no ride to put the claim on to!!!

Other than issues like long booking times which others have already mentioned, one thing to be addressed is cab drivers never turn on ACs or they just dont work. When we give lower than 5 stars, give an option to check drivers not having ACs in their cars. This is especially annoying in a city like Blr When I am in the cab for 2 hours straight and half of it is in traffic breathing in all the exhaust.

Horrible app and horrible website. My ride failed originally, so I had to rebook it twice. I had to cancel one in the cancelation period, so I should get a refund. None of the phone numbers online are for riders unless you want to book a ride, which I didn't. All the options on the website and app weren't what I needed either. I just wanted to know how long it would take for a refund for the canceled and failed rides to be refunded, but their wasn't a way, so I had to dispute the charges.

the android app now loads a worse, simpler, more basic and slower version of the UI on top of the original app. like you see the old app for a few seconds before a worse looking more stunted version suddenly pops up. the car icon looks different, there is less functionality and the map updates incredibly slowly. what on earth happened? after nearly a decade using the app this is an absolutely awful change
