Too many useless functions and notifications that make the app seems to be untrusted. The user's interface is not friendly. It takes very long time to process any payment. Need lots of improvements.

The latest version's really worse. I can not use any features there except for checking my balance in the wallet. The Home screen disappears and I can't even check my transation history via Friend tab. Now momo is useless for me. Please check and fix those issues asap!

It's frustrating when users are required to provide the balance of the wallet as well as the detail of the latest transaction, no one can remember those, especially those don't used the app very often. This really a bad user experience.

Customer service is horrible. They asked me to type in the otp via voice otp. But after so many times, no calls, no notifications. I tried to call the hotline but it's no use, I even failed to lock my account. Now I am furious and worried what happened to my account and my money!!!!!

I know my phone a bit old but your application still usable on my phone which means Momo still support my phone's Android version. It is keeping crashing and being possible to use any features including transact money into my Momo walley. Yes you read it right! Even the most basic and vital feature for a digital wallet. Horrible app!

The application is slow and heavy, the UI is not responsive, every task takes a noticeable amount of time to load, even on a good smartphone. Beside, darkmode should be available as well. The service is good.

I wonder sometimes why they frequently update new version for this app while the newest is not better than the previous one? Slow conection, several pop-up, super lag, keeps asking to update new version once tap at any functions even my phone (automatically) got newest ver already, clay pig function did not work so well (did not record my steps, my donation, my points,... so many times) and ect... It made me so mad at using this app. I do really disapointed and not recommended.

QR code loaded really slow. Recently the app does not allow me to sign in saying that there is no internet connection but in reality I'm still able to browse the internet with Chrome. The app didn't do a good job with its basic functionality. Disappointed and dissatisfied. Hope it'll get better then I will revise my review.
