A good app with the wearable. Im waiting for the glucose and oxygen monitoring to be released. Excellent measure of sleep but not sure how the ratings are programmed for recovery, some more info for context would help. The tri-modal programming inherent in the app gives flavour for individuals to choose. How will the ring measure glucose?

I paid for subscription for my CGM then I went on a cruise... And as you can imagine internet is super expensive on cruises so I didn't bought any internet so then was offline when at sea for 2 weeks. But this app doesn't work offline. I cannot scan my CGM sensor offline so the subscription I bought was useless. So disappointed!

I had a huge disappointment from Ultrahuman, I found out that this app used 19.11GB of my data within 10 days and was using 91% of my phone battery. I'm very concern about my data because reading glucose levels doesn't require you to consume my 19.11GB data. When I went to their terms and conditions button and Privacy policy the tabs don't work and there is no policy. They said deleting my profile needs 10 days!!! The whole thing became so dark. I will delete the app now.

I think you ought to behave professionally. Here's why 1) I bought you 12 M1 (CGM) plan but cannot see the option to order them. 2) Your whatsapp team keeps bugging me to subscribe to the plan, even though I have mentioned that I have already paid and am waiting for someone to help me with next steps. 3) Your app is full of ads to purchase your Ring and M1. It is there, no matter where you swipe. 4) Your dark theme is a bit annoying for me, I hope there is an option to change to light one.
