exceptional app. shows train formation, connections, platform no for each connection. so perfect that a tourist is all set. must download for each tourist - you can get real time information to move as a suggestion, if it is possible to login to the Swiss Pass in your handheld device, which could be verified by scanning, it would make it more efficient than carrying all the Swiss Pass everywhere I tried logging in, but it required some specific 10 digit code which is not available in Swiss Pass

Great apo. However, since more than a week and after having received 5 different advices from support, the easyride feature is still blocked, stating that logging out is on-going. Which means I cannot use it when actually I found it more flexible than buying my tickets in the app. And also meaning that the app is constantly using the battery, unless I force it to stop using the phone setting (force stop command). I can still buy tickets with the app and the app can still localize my position.

The app is good, but the old version was more efficient. I like the easyride feature as well. I wish the app would work on Android smartwatches. It works on Apple watches, so hoping this will come to Android as well to make it even more convenient to use easyride.

This new UI provides poor UX: why to hang UI blocks (like from, to) if they can be flat? Why scrolling auto resizes some UI elements? Why this fancy menu at the bottom permanently wastes my screen space (sandwich menu is better)? Date selection is poor esp. if one wants to scroll 2..3 month ahead. I understand that developers had some fun (and money) designing all those fancy things, but the end user needs simple UI without headache (caused by all this geometric mess and unexpected behavior).

    - The language can not be set in the app. It just takes the system language what is not what I want. - Every so often I can't quickly get a ticket because the app has logged me out. Maybe not the fault of the app but system but.. - Easyride has terms and conditions that makes it useless for me: there is no way to change the class while I am checked in and it's not allowed to check out and check in again with 1st class.

After the big update several months ago there's been a loss of functionality. In the past I was able to load a Swiss Travel Pass purchased from the SBB.ch website to the app, but now there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. Having to go back to printed passes seems to be a step backward.

Nice and useful app that works really well !And finally the Twint integration is here ! The only minor issue I have is that as a frequent traveler I order many tickets and I always receive email for each ticket ordered. Could be nice to have a way to disable email notification completely.

fewer tiles in touch timetable since upgrade: the upgrade removed the last row of tiles that i had configured (yes, i used all four rows). after removing the smart tiles i discovered that the overall number of tiles got reduced. with four rows of tiles i still have "from", "to", and "current" as special tiles. but the last two search results are gone. for how i used the touch timetable a regression.

Base functionality is pretty good and ticketing works most of the time. What i dont understand is that with the swisspass registered on the app it does not take into account tickets that people already have, e.g. when i travel from zurich to st. Gallen and have a monthly ticket for the canton of zurich, the app does not automatically only for the part of the trip that i dont have a ticket for yet.... Very bad customer service. Same for being able to buy two (personalized) tickets twice...
