I am having trouble getting my refund after reaching out twice. I usually get a reminder when a trial is ending and it will charge me which I didn't see once I had access to my email the day they charged me. Called and it goes to a voice-mail saying they are not available (only rang like twice) and to leave my name and email. Still waiting to hear back. Update: I did email as well and resent the email I sent it to before which is the same one you provided in your response. Waiting still.

Just annoying. Did 3 nights of the trial mostly needed to help me relax to go to sleep. All that happened in every session I tried was not only did I not fall asleep, I didn't even get sleepy in fact I found myself wide awake unable to sleep. Tried several types of sessions, meditations music, nature sounds, etc. All were annoying. The voices in meditations were fast clipped not at all soothing tone was irritating I found myself wide awake and less tired than when I started. Unable to continue.

A friend recommended this app and generally speaking I like the meditations and have listened to many since my purchase severalknths ago. Unfortunately it is awful to navigate. I've tried to subscribe to some creators but can't figure out how. I have a Samsung phone and the friend who recommended the app has an apple. Her screen looks completely different. She is able to organize her favorites and easily find what she wants. For me, it's a wild goose chase and not worth the annual fee.

Intermittently the audio sounds as if there is a short in the wiring, kind of like a skip or drop in volume while listening to an LP. This seems to happen on on a regular cycle of time, every minute or so. This drop or short disturbs my concentration. I am considering canceling my subscription.

There's literally nothing for free. Not a single meditation or coaching. Nothing. You have to have a subscription. I thought the point of these apps is to feel better for free, but I guess I was wrong and it only makes me more sad. You're supposed to help people not hurt them. Pick a side.

The app looks nice and seems like it would be useful, but as soon as you get into it you notice it's really lacking. It bugs me constantly throughout the day even though I have turned off all notifications. The app doesn't fully crash per say, but sometimes the screen you are on crashes back to the home screen. The mood picker is so overly simple that it's not useful. I understand that these folks want to be paid for their service but there's no way I'm going to give money of I can't even find something that I want to listen to.

The last 2 days android app just crashes, so I can not use it. Update 12/02: new android update is now more aligned with apple interface, however annoyingly sleep timer does not work and sounds are on permanently, so I have to wake up and turn it off on my phone (defeats the object of sleep stories/meditation. Also, it lost all my downloads and many of my favourites.

Love the app and I prefer this over similar products. Unfortunately, a major component seems to be lacking, which is the ability to connect to smart speakers (something a competing app makes very simple). May seem small but when using this for relaxation and help falling asleep, it's a meaningful feature.

I just signed up for the premium program but cannot log in on either of my phones. Is the app down? I was so looking forward to coming back to Aura. ☹️
