EDIT: CLEAR DATA TO FIX BUG! Only changing my rating to 3 stars from 1 because I had to get that answer from another review instead of the developers who seem to have ignored everyone's request for help. :/ Love ipsy so far but like a lot of other people, the app just stopped working for me. Every time I open it, it goes to a white screen and just stays that way. Looks like it's been a problem for a while, not sure why it hasn't been fixed yet.

Excellent when it opens. It just doesn't always want to open. Ipsy itself is a wonderful opportunity for me to try mostly high-end products for an affordable monthly fee. I subscribe to the GlamBagPlus: 5 full-size items for $25 and I get to choose 3 of the items, plus add-ons! This company uses a beauty profile you fill out, but I wish they would stop sending mascara, which I NEVER use. That's my only complaint. I love most of the other products they send me and have some new favorites!

Had this subscription for several months, probably close to a year. I got a lot of really good makeup and cute bags ! The only reason I wanted to cancel my subscription was because after having it this long my makeup collection is large, I don't need anything anymore that I don't already have. I could constantly update my preferences on what to get if I needed something. I've bought a few full size products because it was cheaper than Amazon with my benefits for being a subscriber. No problems.

This used to be a great app, even with the occasional issue. Then a couple of weeks ago I started having the same problems with a white screen that others have mentioned, and their updates do not leave me with much hope. Honestly, the convenience of the app was one of the reasons for staying with ipsy. Without that... Well, 2020 is a new year. Maybe it is time for a new subscription box that has technology that is actually supported.

App interface could definitely be smoother, as a whole once in your cart YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CLICK A PRODUCT AND IT TAKES YOU TO THE PAGE ABOUT THE PRODUCT. I shouldnt have to scroll through all the other products to read a super vague description, if you could even call it that, about a product I'm potentially about to buy. honestly it's deterred me from buying MULTIPLE TIMES. also please add either a buy now or save for later option bc I'll just abandon the whole cart vs emptying it to buy

Ipsy as a service is pretty good, but their app is awful. It's incredibly slow and glitchy. Half the time I can't even get into it because it either takes forever to load or I can't click out of the automatic "free" gift or upgrade add. Speaking of which- STOP WITH THE FREAKING UPGRADE PROMPT EVERY TIME WE OPEN THE APP. It's infuriating. Also, trying to contact *actual* customer service i.e. email or call a human, doesn't work. You click the link and nothing happens.

The idea of Ipsy is wonderful, the price is great for the products you get in each bag, the envelopes are so dang cute, customer service phenomenal! The app AND website could use some work!! The app definitely makes it easier for me to check info and shop for my products, as well as find out information on those products but it could be a little easier to page through to find some things. I'm giving it 4 stars not 5 because every developer can use that as motivation for the 5 stars! It's almost a perfect app!

I love IPSY! I'm so bad at buying makeup for myself, ans this is an inexpensive way to get wonderful makeup additions and other useful products, that I always enjoy! And its catered to you so you can't go wrong. Getting too much of something, simply adjust what you'd like to receive. Their customer service is excellent, and its easy to add to your bag or skip a month if needed. Highly recommend.

Ok so I been with ipsy for some time. But first of all I moved not so far from where I used to live but for some reason It's taking twice the time for my bag to arrive to my new address. sometimes I don't even get it until the end of the month. it's getting a bit annoying. And now they have this ($3 cash) that pops up and you can't go to your main page even if you cancel it. So what are we being forced to buy something from the choices that they're giving us? Might have to cancel subscription!!
