Very buggy app. You can tell they rushed this out and focused more on aesthetics than functionality. There's a very limited range of what can be parlayed, no round-robin feature, restricted boosts. A ton of restrictions around "similar markets" that just don't exist in other apps like this. Very poor initial implementation.

The layout is 4 stars rated. I compare this app to Fanduel, Draftkings, and BETMGM. This app comes in last place compared to the others for 1 reason in my opinion. The lack of detailed props and lines (or for the beginner gambler... less bet options to choose from). Other than that reason the app is really good and I believe it's perfect for new comers.

I had just created an account, and the minute I logged into the app it says that I'm locked. It has been several days trying to get in touch through Live Chat (which is the worst automated response ever, long queues and short chats), Email and Phone.

I've only used the app a few times, but I won on Christmas. The 24/7 chat service was frustrating at first because it kept ending the chat on me before I got a live rep. After the 3rd try I finally got someone to help and with a day or so I received my winnings in my ESPN BET account. The withdrawal failed the first time but after another chat with a rep it was resolved and I was paid out within a couple hours after the first attempt failed. Some bugs still but overall very satisfied! Thanks!

Previously Barstool sports book, I had an issue with one of their games. Divine Fortune. I got five coins and the game wouldn't proceed with my bonus round. I contacted them. They put it off the ten or so days for their website to shut down, and switch to ESPN. I still have the emails. I wouldn't trust them.

Was sent an offer for 100% deposit match through my email, I click the link it's not there, I contact customer service they are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Basically lied and told me they did not send any offers even after I sent the screenshot they requested, when they seen it was from them I was told that they would not honor it. It was rushed. I made an account and was able to deposit initial amount. Now when I try to add money, it says all my cards are declined to try another card yet all cards have more than enough funds on each. When I use on other sport books, it works, only ESPn has issues. Then trying to speak with customer support via chat or phone is a waste of time. Chat puts you in a que, then says you missed your chat. Phone directs you to use chat. They need ALOT of work

I've read numerous post of other experiencing the same issue who have waited weeks now without any resolve. Espn literally just threw this together without any basic technical support fundamentals!!
