    This app used to work seamlessly but the new update made the app completely unusable. It gets stuck in a error loop when searching for products, the filters do absolutely nothing now and scanning items returns OOPS errors over and over!

    Awful experience. My prescriptions weren't showing up, so they told me I had to have the Extracare card also. Still didn't work, and they said an address was already under my new profile for me. Possibly from 2008 or 2001, of course, I couldn't recall the 2001 address or PO Box, and they told me to call that store to have them change it. CVS HAS GONE DOWNHILL ON EVERYTHING!!!!!

    It took me a few minutes to figure it out, but I'm happy I took the time to do so because I absolutely love this app. It's easy to use, shows my purchases, and more.     Don't bother for minute clinic. Tried to upload insurance card. App said permissions were denied for camera when they were not. Went back to double check permissions and had to start the entire process over again including typing the reason why I was making the virtual appointment. Three times.

    Your app is terrible tells me prescriptions are ready for pickup. I drive 20 miles for them to tell me medication is not ready. This store does not have enough help usually a 30 min and has been up to an hour waiting in line to pick up scripts. P) I have texted issues that have happened including shorting medication in refills with no response

    CVS has officially lost my business completely. I've been shopping there since I was just getting out of high school but will take my business elsewhere going forth. It should not take me 40 minutes to figure out whether my prescription is available because you force people to use an app that barely works rather than answering the phone. I have always hated the technology at CVS, your company has a history of failing technology and I would rather go elsewhere and pay more.

    Whenever going into CVS stores, I enter my number, and it can't find it. I went to reset my password and used the same number. Of course, that works. So I enter my date of birth and nope! This is ridiculous seriously. The app is broken. I have spent a lot at CVS yet can't get any rewards or get discounts. Needs to be fixed.

    The CVS store is bad, and I should not have expected no better in its app. Everything needs a myriad of information. Then, next time, you need to put all your info back in! And why do I need my Rx number And store location number every time I open the app. Update November 4th 2023, this app is getting better as I rated it 2 stars previously. It is still missing one important thing that is an item locator while you're in the B&M store. But that would not promote browsing now would it.

    It was working well then 2 days ago it started to shut down each time I tried to open it. Google don't even allow me to reinstall it saying there is a bug in the app and I have to wait a new version of the app to use it. So annoying. I'm really upset. Pls fix it!

    The app will never let you log in without changing your password. It is slow and many ob6arise before you can use it. If it evenets you change your password. Slow and cumbersome.

    Lately I'm unable to get any real information from this app. It always says "our servers are busy try again later" or something to that effect. Even worse since the latest update. And after yet another update the servers are consistently unavailable. This app is a joke Update 12/23 it's even worse now. This company is trash as a whole

    Sorry CVS Tech people but after 3 years of your incompetence I think it's time you give up and find a new career. Between this app and the Website I have never found any worse. So much frustration and valuable time is wasted for the user on them both. All those required forced updates have yet to make the app or website any better, but you do deserve an A+ for being able to make them worse each time.

    You can't order meds individually, at least I haven't found this option. Accidentally turned off an automatic refill and it wouldn't let me put it back to previous status. Other than letting one know when you're prescriptions are ready, pretty worthless.

    It works for ordering prescriptions or tracking the status. But the pharmacies ignore the settings, example I have it set not to auto refill, but the pharmacy keeps scheduling anyhow. Also doesn't seem to be a way of turning off notifications. No: I don't have savings FOMO so stop notifying me

    Too difficult to navigate. Suggestion ... incorporate an email type correspondence. Concise and clear ... it would avoid the endless phone tree prompts with a hard copy trail of what "he said ... she said". All other medical portals use these message system.

    The app is complete garbage when making purchases. My orders repeatedly get canceled when the item is IN STOCK, and I then lose out on my rewards due to the cancelation. I used to use it for store pickup purchases regularly, but now I am unable to because I am tired of losing rewards for my purchases.

    Works most of the time. Sometimes the dates are wrong, but it usually resets. Edit just to add: the app asked me if it was easy to use. I click yes, and it asks me to rate it on the Google play store.
