UPDATE: STILL CANT REACH ANYONE TO EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT. I WILL BE DELETING THE APP. Very Unprofessional, i have tried in many ways to exchange my product with a bigger size but the interface doesn't help u do that at all. It keeps sending me to browser then back tk the app then back to browser lile this is some game. Also requested to chat with their costumer service and it keeps telling me nobody is available to chat. So basically i have no means of exchanging the shoes I have bought now...

This 5 star I given for 'No.1' cheating app for online customers. I added some items (4 items )in my cart. But the actual price after the discount including taxes will be 347Dhs. But showing 587dhs. If I calculate original price of items without discount price including taxes, it comes 577dhs. What a cheating is this? If someone is not checking or calculating, you are cheating that person.Customers thinks that the price calculates automatically and it is True. So they will not check again.

Horrible experience, I placed an exchange request immediately on my order purchased and it has been more than 2 weeks without any support. I have complained so many times without any resolution. Absolutely worst customer experience. Now i am sitting with the item with no use, no exhange yet. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Never shopping from here and wouldn't recommend anyone!

do not beleive on them if you are buying shoes from outlet or online please check the both shoe size carefully otherwise you will get wrong pair of shoes, and dont think about the customer support the customer support is very pathetic they will investigate all detsils and in last they will blame on you and make you feel guilty that why did you buy shoes from them please be very careful if they can cheat me then they can cheat anyone by saying its your fault we can't help you

I must say this is the worstest expirience I had ever with a shopping app, I selected under armour running shoes and was trying to add product to bag after selecting shoe size and it's not working for the particular product. I tried again and again for almost 45 minutes, you guys must improve the app .

Worst shopping experience with them. We order one they deliver another sized. And if you return it once next time if u wanna return it, you will have to pay 40 AED! We have to pay for their mistakes! Returns will take near to one month, snail speed they have. And if we disagree with the 40AED charge,they will send an email and close the return application. And the weird part is we never can return it after that! Try some other competitors, they don't know what a customer service is

Don't download and buy anything on the app. They say that they have a delivery delay which is fine considering the amount of online orders but once you've paid online your order will be past the due date of promised delivery time and when you contact them, they say that your area is no longer a delivery area, which it was before purchasing the items. Just a scam during this troubling times to make money off everyone. Very disappointed in the brand. Still waiting for my delivery.

I ordered shoes and I was charged for it. The day after I got informed that the order is cancelled as of technical issue. Got in touch with costumer support and they advised me to order again. Which I did. And again was charged and again got the message that order is cancelled because of technical issues. Now they told me that I can order something else, and to pay again. No thank you. Now waiting 7-10 days for refund of 2 orders and without shoes. Will not recommend. Just waisted 2 days.

It was my first time too order and the experience was very bad and disappointing. The order was accepted then few days passed and they cancelled the shipment and the reason was out of stock!! How come you've accept the order and the item was out of stock or whatever your reasons are then of course my money will be refunded after 7-15 working days, ow com'on!!

I've used the app several times and I'm somewhat satisfied with it, they provide a fast delivery and pretty great services, although there is some issues with the app. It casually log you out from you're account, and delete every items you select as a favorite.

Horrible Customer Service, I have placed a request for exchange item. I returned the order last November 8, its now more than 2 weeks just to received an email telling that my order is cancelled and the refund amount will reflect in my SS points wallet, checked my account 0 balance.... There is no contact number to call to and ask for update!!!! Very disappointed!!! i cant even rate 1 star...

Worst customer service, either chat or call, i once talked to a female one on the phone when i complained about my unfulfilled orders and she sounded extremely sarcastic. they must do something about their service and all. Also difficult return, i had 3 items here for return but seemed impossible to do so. Such a waste of money. Rejected orders. They get your money first then tell you it's out of stock. It's been a horrible experience. I had too much items that encountered lots of problems.

Worst service ever Keep cancling the items after ordering. Happened 3 times in 2 orders only!!!! I will Never use again... Also the chat person was not good and you feel like it is a robot only repeat the messeges ... from all online apps this one is the worst ... My order no. AE01858898 ... And FYI the cancled items still available on the website.

Worst experience ever on online shopping. Same scenario from other customer. I ordered 2 items online which showed available for both items. However, afterwards they send email saying that other item is not available after you purchased and paid them online. Customer service is not responding as well, please I need my refund. Highly not recommended.

One of the worst experiences. First of all, the is not that responsive and this app has all wrng information about the stock. I have tried twice and later after 2 days the order gets cancelled saying out of stock. Team, please try to get this fixed. I am bot going to do this again.

The worst customer service ever! I have requested items for return and it's almost a month now with no one collecting the items. I keep checking with the customer service for an update and all they say is we escalated the issue and they will contact you soon for pick up. Seriously what is this? 1 month????? Better not to shop from them you will get stuck with no help whatsoever.

Ridiculous app, how can we buy if add to cart button takes forever to load. I believe this app is for shopping not for "window shopping". So fix it! I even cleaned up my phone and restarted. I used another mobile and still the same. What a waste of time!
