I'd like to be able to incorporate how much weight I plan on lifting when making a new plan. Also, I cannot add/remove/reorder supersets without deleting the entire set and starting over. There's no drop-set option, no tabata / HIIT timers. A lot could be added but worth the $. ** So far, I am very happy regardless of issues (devloper said to correct concerns listed above.). I had used Strong for years and dont plan on going back at this point.

It has been one year since I have started using this app. It is good but could be better. The developers need to actually add a warm up calculator like they said they would. They should also consider adding a feature to complete a set from the notification. Overall probably the best app for someone who creates their own workouts or wants access to many tried and True programs. Either way it's a good app but I have seen little change in my daily use as they seem to just add more programs.

Fantastic app! I've tried many others like it and many of them have some features but are missing others. When I got Gym Workout Tracker, it was like they compiled all the best parts of the other apps into one. They got it right! There is a plate calculator, exercise tracking, adding your own exercises with a ton of exercises already included, training programs, the ability to create your own, a timer... this app is literally perfect!

I absolutely love the app. Few features I like to see would be a way to add drop sets, ability to pause workout and resume it at a later time same day, ability to schedule AM/PM workout scheduled for the same plan (Currently we can only add workout for a single day, can't split it). Also when we are setting a set to go until failure I should also have to option to choose the minimum number of reps I want to perform.

Like the simplicity, easy to configure. Would be nice if you could organise the charts to your own liking (e.g.: drag and drop charts in your order of preference). Also be ideal if could have calories burned as sn option for aerobics... 10km on a stationary bike at a low resistance setting isnt the same as 10km at a high resistance setting. All things considered though, I rate the app 5 stars.

I've been using this app over a year now and it is by far the cleanest, easiest, and streamlined app I've used. People complaining that you have to create your workouts on the FREE version because there aren't enough guides are just lazy. I'd rather create my own workouts or even just pick on the fly (as the app let's you do both). There are plenty of workout guides in the FREE version, but let's be honest, if you're serious about working out, you're going to be making your own that suits you.

Cannot freely modify the input category. Say if you want to record Stairmaster under cardio, the units should say "levels" instead of distance. There are only 4 options to choose in the input category when creating a new exercise, it would be better to have more addable parameters (say if you want to run with weights on, the input fields can be distance, time, weight)

This app is the best one I've tried for logging my workouts. It would be perfect for me and a 5 star review if: 1 the warmup calculator was added (especially if it used something like the Starting Strength schema and you can specify the bar weight too), 2 if you could see the history of an exercise without having to start logging a workout . I paid for the premium version, as the warmup calculator was stated as coming soon but that was over a year ago and still no sign.

Very much like this app. Been using it about three times a week for almost a year. Some things to improve would be too change the global setting for unit of mass (kg vs. lbm) to a local setting within each set or exercise. I have two sets of weights and it would be nice to change quickly between the two. Also, the rest timer as a global setting doesn't seem to change the rest time for workouts i have already made. Making this a local setting would also be nice. But overall good job.
