WARNING! Be very careful if you are using Google's VPN. It is missing a key feature of virtually every other VPN service on the planet. Google is not honest in how they describe their terms of service. They removed the option to hide location on VPN or use a broader IP range and didn't tell their users. I find this extremely troubling. How can we trust Google when they remove essential features and functionality without communicating to their end users? I strongly urge people avoid this service.

The VPN feature doesn't detect network change, it cuts off Internet when you move to another network until you notice and force close the app. Then if you reopen, it will work for a little while, until you move again.

I wish I could give negative stars. All this doesn't steal your money I have less storage now than I had Before I want a refund and I don't know how to get it. Don't use this service. It does no good. I just purchased the plan. And now I can't even send emails out. Because I have andI've deleted so much stuff that I needed just to try to make more room to sit out. A very important email and I still can't send it out. This all the service does is steal your money. . And then give you less Storage

Great when it works! Considering there's a cost to this app the vpn often keeps me disconnected from the internet meaning I miss important notifications and when I snooze or disable it they all flood through. This has happened on and off since installing the app.

Google support is not working at all I have issue with installation Google Wallet app on Google Pixel 8. so, for already one week Google support playing ping-pong with me. the only they can do is to "transfer to another team". also they likes to swear to God that they answer you with email in next 24 hours, but they never answer)) so service completely unusable. it's quite funny story: Paid Google support can't help with Google app on Google phone.

Have spent INR 100 as opted for annual subscription plan. Amount deducted 3 working days before , still in Gmail showing shortage of space means subscription not activated but my money deducted!!! Not getting any contact details to speak for the assistance!! As said I did the transaction on 15-Dec and today 19-Dec, still it is showing 100% space occupied and showing option to upgrade!

Unsuable. Error 500 message. After doing what was suggested it continues to do the same thing and say I'm eligible for a promotion then goes to error 500. But I then hit the back arrow and I'm I the app and it is working as intended. So it just seems it does not want me to activate the promo.

What I can't understand is that I subscribed to Google One app for Android because I kept getting messages and notifications that I needed space storage Okay I deleted and cleaned out cache. restarted my phone the Internet connection is good. l just paid $24.99 Don't know what else to do. if it continues sending notifications about I need more storage I guess I would have to unsubscribe and unstall the Google One app. could've been 5***** But since I'm having this problem it's only 4****

Latest version of app does not respect the app bypass list for the VPN making it virtually impossible to use as WhatsApp and Android Auto dont work even though there are exceptions for them. Needs much more thorough testing prior to releaee
