I only use it to watch Running Man. But it charged me twice in a month, twice. I have the transaction history. I believe they charged me from the kocowa app itself and from the Google play store.

With the new app, I am unable to log into my account and I cant even get in contact with someone at Kocowa. It keeps saying network error!! I just paid for my subscription too. urgh!!

I am very very disappointed this new update made my phone crash, it still hasn't turned back on, all my personal data and important info can't be accessed until I get a new phone and I don't know when that will be. I know it was this app because before I downloaded it my phone was perfectly fine.

Where do I began? The app only allows subscribers to watch from their phone because casting clearly doesn't work. I use Chromecast and I see the shots of others shows, but can't cast the one I want to watch. This is fustrating....

So I was seriously thinking of canceling my subscription from Viki and transferring it to kocowa after the free trial but the app is always stopping and so I don't think I'll do that,Will probably just have to upgrade my viki...I really like kocowa fast subbing though

Great however When I click on an episode, there's a pause button in the middle and I can't upause it to watch an episode. This only happens on my Samsung s10e, but on my MacBook pro 2021 it work great
