It's so expensive, but I love it, I love reading, but I'm dyslexic so being able to sit down and listen to a book is great. I'd recommend checking how long a book is because a 6h book and a 12h book is the same credit. I really wish they'd changed the credit system to fit time. Because being a day or 2 into your credit and already done with the book really makes you rethink the 15$ a month

I have about 1000 feature ideas while not finding my next listen, but here's a bug that super annoying. When browsing titles and scrolling down the lazy loading will move you to the bottom of the newly loaded items. This effectively skips all of them and you have to scroll back up to the point where the lazy loading started. Terrible. Not sure how this can be possible in this time. Not trusted properly, I guess.

Disappointed Long-Time User As a long-time Audible user with over a thousand audiobooks, I'm disappointed with recent changes to the app. Previously, I could easily search and listen to books in my library, but the latest update has removed these features, focusing instead on new purchases. This diminishes the value of my extensive collection and my overall satisfaction. I hope Audible addresses these issues

Frequently unresponsive for several minutes to half an hour at a time. When I try to buy new books, nothing happens, and when I try to play ones I already have, the orange circle just keeps spinning. I've checked my internet connectivity, restarted the app, restarted my phone, nothing helps. Great when it does work, though.

the app crashed suddenly a few days ago and has not worked since. when I tried to report it, I was told it was my service, but this it first happened with full service 5G. I've also checked and attempted to troubleshoot via WiFi. there are no service issues. there is also no way to troubleshoot since NOTHING in the app will load and there's no update to install.

I've used Audible for many years, and rely on it as my primary audio book player. The positives - syncing across devices, playing using Bluetooth (either car or headphones) works really well. The negatives, not great UX on the app or the web and organizing your library or browsing/searching for new things can be a painful experience.

I often like the content, but the functionality of this App stinks. It's constantly stopping the audio, and when it does, it has to reload whatever I was listening to. It really ruins the experience when every couple of minutes this happens. A year or so ago it wasn't like this. Also, navigating podcasts is not intuitive and starts over after a couple of minutes. You can't hit the back button and be where you expect. It forgets the ones In following. Not a good experience in any way.

The app has gotten worse over the last few years. No more convenient book control on the lock screen. Harder to navigate books and their series. Now they are making it more expensive to buy credits and view the prices when you have credits. Use the webpage when searching and purchasing. Edit 2023/01. Now they have swapped the 30 second rewind or forward button with restarting the chapter or skipping a whole chapter. It just keeps getting worse. Update 2024: still a bad app

This is my most used app and I've listened to hundreds of books on it. There's always some issue with this app, it varies what that issue is. Sometimes it will be bad at keeping track of where I left off. Sometimes it loses the speed setting. It is often slow to load, it can take 10s to load and sometime require an app shutdown and restart (by contrast, my podcast app always loads in 1s). Not enough room to list all other common bugs. Brand new bug: doesn't save bookmarks
