Worst app ever I filled the e pan form from the application and done payment after payment the app stop working and start saying that error occurred please try again after some time from 4 days I am mailing there officiall Gmail account but no reply from 4 days this app had looted many of people by frauding and if we go to message them no one replying please answer my question

Just a new scam I have applied and paid fee of 107 through netbanking and when I go to digital e- kyc app & submit OTP app is automatically revert to home page this is ridiculous I have submit OTP 10-12 times but issue is same all the time they are just looting our money in the name of government.

It works well until payment but after payment start acting weird. In tracking it doesn't even show payment. Edit: Got refund.

I applied for one of my friend pan card, however the amount of Rs 107 has been deducted from my credit card and during the e-kyc process an error occurred and I lost the application process, unfortunately i did not have references number or application number. Dont know how to process further to either complete the application process or to get the amount refund. Please help

Not showing applicant current Pan Status report... Dear Devloper Please fixed this issue.. E-pan also can't dowload.. You should checkout your Application and should do for fixed of all the users issues.. & Don't ask my contact number also you just fixed the problems that is we are facing that's all.. Thank you.

Good App But you have to improve stability and performancea And dear users please mind your language in reviews and comments. They are also humans and mistakes are done obviously by humans. And this is the first app from pan card department and nobody can make anything perfect in 1st time. It takes some time. User are using such type of language is not belongs to mankind. U can check ur pan status only one time, then it shows that "no record found". After reinstalling or clearing data of this app u can check ur pan status. Its totally worst.

This is the WORST APP for doing any digital working.I applied PAN correction on 14-09-2021.After Completion All Process I received An Email that your Application is Successfully Submitted with FEES as well as eSign. I have been Advised that I should TRACK the Status of my Pan Frequently.The very Next day when I TRACKED I saw An Objection that my Father's name doesn't match with the Document.Ialso have been Advised to Comply the Objection.At once I did it . Since then I couldn't to eSign.Rubbish
