I thought this application was really good before. Especially in this pandemic condition where we can't reallt go out as easily as before. But then I encountered a problem where I was hung up 3 times as I asked for help to confirm my appointment for a rapid test in a clinic near home. I checked, my phone credit is still available and the phone was connected to the customer service. But then hung up. What happened?

Change of rating. Previously I'm not hesitate to put 5 stars due to the platform are quite helpful. The doctors are good. But now the main problem are when you try to purchase the medicine, BE EXTRA CAREFUL!! especially when using GOPAY! Have bad experience where my balance in Go Pay already decreased, but the transaction in Halodoc are fail. There's no option to get back the money!!

so far, it's million times better and more helpful compared with hours of waiting in queue at hospital. Though, sometimes it's kinda hard to find available doctor in the app, especially ob/gyn, so maybe add more doctors perhaps? it'd also be better if there's typing progress sign in the chat feature. Also *also*, I'm crossing fingers that somewhen in the future, the app could be linked with BPJS, and not just private health insurance.

Everything is fine on my first experience using this app. I understand it's mainly for Indonesians users but I would like it if they could add a filter or add a badge to show doctors who speak English. I had to use Google translate to chat with the doctor. It's very important to have a fluid communication when talking about health issues. A bad translation can lead to prescribing the wrong medication.

Very good and helpful! The app is user-friendly and has a lot of features for health-related queries (e.g. telemedicine, health calculators, etc.). Overall, my experience in using this app has been pretty good and so far, I haven't encountered any major issues when accessing the features inside the app

The doctor's answer are scripted. They didnt do the right interview (anamnesis), didnt ask about the right history of the disease, didnt even ask to see the lesion. And jump straight into the conclusion + treatment within less than 2 minutes.

they commit to send the medicines for 45-60minutes turns out: - my order status stuck for 2 hours - im about to cancel the order so i can reorder, but theres no cancel button - it's hard to contact the agent through chat, you've to call via gsm call (ensure you've enough phone credit) - after reques for the cancellation, you've to until 5 days for refund. which i cannot understand why i've to wait that longer since it's not even my fault ☠️ I'm gonna wait until my money back then I'll uninstall

Simple and friendly user app. Especially during the Covid situation, when people are advised to stay at home, this app is very useful to allow me make an initial consultation with the doctor. I also received the medicines less than one hour after i ordered it from the app as well. The proccess is so quick and the price is very reasonable.

It's been almost a year using the application and very helpful. Especially in a pandemic like now, you can consult and buy medicine or a thermometer without leaving the house. Hopefully this application is better in the future, hopefully there is a chat feature with a gojek driver.

Hii, i wish halodoc in the future would do partnership with other digital wallets such as shopeepay, dana, ovo etc, to extend their services. Because from my personal experience, i dont really use gojek nor banking. It just that if you partnership with other digital wallet apps, i feel like it would be much easier for your users to use this app.
