Chor company hai hyperpure and inke delivery partner I had ordered for 6 PC block cheese and received only 4 PC by delivery executive and he created the ticket for the same but after some time he delete the ticket and show all the item was delivered after too many of conversation with customer care they just said sir u had received all the items. Now littrelly I m going to file complaint against hyperpure in consumer court.

Delivery charges reached 100 per delivery if order is less than 3K, this makes impossible for small paying guests to order grocery items. Free delivery after 3000 and above is too high. 500 was ideal range before. Really disappointed with you guys!

They're always late and don't answer phone calls. The drivers keep saying that they're busy. Hyperpure is not at all sensitive and sensible to the fact that restaurants work on break shifts. The inconvenience is a lot.

They take orders and not delivered on mentioned time schedule. And sometimes they cancel the orders. If they not able to deliver why taking orders and why playing with us. Really really not good service. I don't recommend this service. We have 15 outlets. Now we all closing this service.

Please don't waste your time ordering from this. You will not get items you ordered and they take 3days to refund the money to the account for undelivered items. Don't have a option here to share the screenshot else I would have shown how troublesome it was.

It's totally fraud company, they do cheating with customers, they'll take amount for full quantities and will send half of that in side the packet and after that they'll not accept their mistake and they'll eat your money, no refund for that, they'll guide their delivery agent in such way that after delivery they'll switch off their phone. Better price and quality you will get from local vendors. So be careful before buying from #hyperpure #zomato order ID 843453
