We LOVE the Snoo. It's a fantastic baby bassinet and my little one sleeps very soundly in it. My problem is with the delayed notifications. Baby starts crying, Snoo starts soothinging, but I don't get a notification. Snoo stoops, and I also don't get a notification. I can't rely on the app telling me that my baby needs my anymore as these notifications are at least 5 minutes delayed. In such an urgent situation this is unacceptable.

While we love the Snoo, this app is a severe downgrade in both user experience and code functionality from the old app. The Snoo constantly has connection issues that can only be solved by removing the device and readding it. Additionally, the most useful UI feature of zooming in on the timeline disappeared. The engineering and design teams need to seriously revisit their development practices.

This app is almost unusable... It takes ages for it to connect to the snoo and then keeps saying that it's off when it's clearly on. Had absolutely no issues with the snoo app. I guess it's new and needs work but would have been better if it's released at a later stage after more testing.

80% of the time the app works and the other time it shows no data or freezes. Need to close numerous times. Also does not have the feature to add sleep outside the snoo which means I need another app to track this.
