I want to like this app, but I'm afraid the onboarding and "Start Journey" was so full of bugs that it made using the app impossible. Tapping through the Journey cycled through the same info multiple times, filling out the questionnaire presented me with no results stating all scores as 0/80. I emailed support through the app (please have a text box and not a single line input field for this). The support email bounced because the address doesn't exist

Intellect is a really good app to have for mindfulness and also for emotional intelligence. Of course, the free version is limited slightly limited, but you still get a pretty good experience out of it. The app is set up to where it does a profile type of thing on you and suggests what paths or learning experiences you should choose. I think it's great

So very near perfect. Two small hiccups I've noticed. 1) when asking for a full long answer to be typed out, the keyboard covers the input box. When asking for am emotional response....lol half the emotion is based on fighting with that interface flaw. 2) I thought I was seeing duplicate screens when I first started, but then I learned that clicking on the left of the screen pans back a screen. ....sometimes. Inconsistent and non-communicated here. Otherwise, I'm 2 days in and it is fantastic

Its so good, I've been working on procrastination habits and finally got around to cleaning the house without worry. The only problem i face with this app is that sometimes the text gets cut off because it doesn't all fit on the screen. I cant scroll down to see either because it senses the click on the screen as a tap and skips text

This app is AMAZING!!! It is always there when I need it, even at work. If I get too stressed out about anything, I can take just 5 minutes to do a rescue session and then I'm good to go. Plus there are journals and journeys to complete if you want to improve anything about your state of mind and interactions with yourself or others. I think just about everyone could use this app at their disposal. AND it's FREE!! 100% free, with no ads or fees or anything!

I very much enjoy this. Most mental health apps pressure you to pay money for extra resources or help. This one does not. It offers many different free excercises based on your personal mental health needs. It is very straightforward and easy to navigate. Probably one of my favorite mental health apps I've used so far. I look forward to using it everyday.

Really surprised by this app as I've tried others and this is by far the best. I find the personality profile (using the big 5) to be accurate. I've started the self-esteem module and it's much deeper than I anticipated and encourages you to look at past experiences as well as current. I'm really interested to see the rest of the modules also. The interface is great - super clean and non-intrusive, really streamlined and easy to use.

Honestly, I could have used this years ago. I never realized how much procrastination has been running my life. The short simple lessons and reflective exercises ACTUALLY HELP! It's crazy. If you've been always feeling stressed at deadlines, this method will do wonders. In small, simple, achievable steps. Try it out. What do you have to lose? Time?

Really good app, especially the rescue session are really useful. There's also a guided journal which is good if you didn't know how to start journaling. Otherwise if you want more freedom there's also an open journal option. Really good as it forces you to follow a specific rythm to learn each lessons that way you can try different technics to overcome social discomfort, depressions, coping mechanisms... Plus the voice is really relaxing so optimal for session before going to bed. Totally free.

Like Duolingo, but for Brain Stuff (that term doesn't sound right but I don't really know enough about brainology to dispute it). I think it could use clearer notification settings, but I'm refraining from holding that against them until I know for sure that it's just my inability to find them getting in the way. I started a few weeks ago to try and work on my tendency to procrastinate. It's actually really cool to see things I've learned in school echoed by the app (Psych major)I'm out of chara

So far I have only been using the lite version to help cope with my anxiety and depression, and unlike other therapeutic apps, it takes great strides in trying to teach yourself how to identify and change negative traits. The journey is broken down into bite-sized chunks and gives you options to record and reinforce information you have learned, allowing for a comfortable and adaptable experience.

Very surprised it's free. But it is helpful a lot. I did some rescue sessions for up to the minute situations and they were very helpful. Tho still discovering learning paths. I have tried emotional regulation as j beleive I had problems with it but it turned out I'm completely healthy in those terms and app helped me realize that. Thanks a lot. I love it

I have been using it for a mere two days but I am convinced it deserves 5 stars. Great self care and improvement advice for free and without ads. So far it also seems scientifically sound and based on real psychological concepts as far as I can tell (Bachelor of Science, Business Psychology). Design wise it's not great though. Often the overlays for buttons obstruct the content, you want to scroll but you turn a page and other minor usability problems like that. Not enough to change the rating.

I really wasn't expecting much but found that I was terrible wrong. Intellect inspires you and helps you focus on your issues. Make negatives into positives. The interface is remarkable and easy to use, packed with useful sections, journal, and human voice interaction. Excellent product and service. Thanks

Early days and I love the concept, perfectly complimentary to CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and quite comprehensive at that. My only gripe so far (as others have pointed out as of this time of writing) is the UI can be a little fiddly at times, such as swiping left or right in sessions and the journal clipping through my keyboard (not being able to scroll) if I write too much etc. Overall, these minor issues don't take away from the app, I'm actually surprised it's free even.

I've only used this app in depth for a couple sessions, it's incredibly smart and well organized as far as the path it takes you on for finding solutions to mental fatigue and anxiety (which is the only path I have taken on my journey so far). As well as the comfortable and calming dialogue, esthetically it is superb. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is struggling with any personal roadblocks or even for those who just want a visually pleasing journal to document their day to day.

I dont remember how I came across this app, but I really do enjoy it. The voice recordings are soothing and I like the whole learning pathway idea; it keeps me working on things for awhile instead of blowing through activities in a day or two and forgetting what I learned. This has been so helpful while I try to find an affordable therapist and gives me tools to work on myself. I love the check ins, journals, and rescue sessions. There are a few typos in the learning modules but I look past it(:

I really love this app so far. The exercises are bite sized so I don't find them overwhelming, and so I don't find them difficult to fit into my day. I also really like the journaling feature. I do longer pages written most days, but the entries in the app are helpful because there are different categories and prompts. Overall a fantastic app, can't recommend it enough.
