1. There's no customer service number available. 2. Can't cancel an order, even though they don't do anything about the order. Just an app in which you keep waiting and hope something happens. Also, I'm not going to email my concerns as you've made me register on the app with my mobile number.

Worst app ever. I paid for doorstep delivery for a scooty where price listing on website was for 39k. Later they mention its wrong and its a glitch on their site. Neither they refunded the amount and neither their customer helpline is answering the call anymore. Not recommending this app ever to anyone.

I had a bad experience with their service. They kept me hanging for a month, after several follow ups they just sent a message saying bike not upto credr parameters. Btw, bike was in perfect condition, even the person who came for valuation said the same. I finally sold it through another agency for double the price quoted by credr.

The cred arranged inspection twice, both time different guys came and they took some pics of vehicle and they said next day the quotation will be shared. Even after 1 month there is no update. Don't waste your time on this, they won't buy.

Waste of time.. they will never respond, and when you send an email for follow-up, they will undervalue your vehicle. Dont call them for inspection or entertain them. They wasted my 11 days just to quote an undervalued price. Stupid company and pethatic employees.

Very worst app I never ever seen any app like this they are fraud simply they are charging money from customer they are telling you something but when u handover ur vehicle to them then they are telling different they took my bike for inspection after 2 days I went there but my vehicle is not in that same condition I don't know what they did with my vehicle totally worst and very bad service shame on this app

Amazing experience..! Very good service in terms of vehicle pick up and a very speedy fund transfer into the account.. Also purchased a bike from CredR.. Amazing vehicle condition and vehicle service is done regularly from CredR itself.. Overall an amazing and Hassel free experience..

I dont understand, why do u list the vehicles that are not available.?. I tried to book different scooty more than 10 times and everytime, the executive calls and says it's not available... and if you ask wht are available, the answer would b "senior executive will call you soon" and that soon will never come... Either you keep all the vehicles only at showroom and close ur website and app, doorstep delivery option...or you frequently update ur app... Such a disappointing experience...

Waste of time, no online support only you can send email. In app it shows price arrived but when you enter the window it shows pending, almost 2 months now. No call nothing, please do not waste time

Stop data mining only for users to find out their location isn't serviceable. Allow guest login to see if I can avail the service in the first place before asking contact and vehicle details. Not cool.

Not good app , in app two wheeler sell or buy survice is not good if you want to buy second hand two wheeler they will not provide a good two wheeler akd it's value for money on there two wheeler , you can go any other available app for it like bikes 24 I'm not a permoter for bike 24 but I mentioned bike 24 just because of my good experience with them
