Your onboarding process is literally awful. I was using you app normally, suddenly started asking for documentation. I submitted all documents and was promised to be done automatically in 15min as I was in a rush to get a car as any other times. Please don't make False promises as I waited for more than 1 hour and decided not to get any carshare anymore. You should better improve those docs checks processes as they don't work...

Any extra kilometers are charged as per the rates per day which is fair enough, but there is no condition that if you fuel up more than the previous fueled amount that the valued of the extra fuel will be redeemed. It is unfair and I won't be using your service again.

It was a very bad experience. They charge always extra without informing me . And the customer service very bad . They are so bad choice to rent a car from them .. At the end they are not meeting any customer in person. I don't advise anyone to rent from them . Careem and udrive better 100 time

Do not provide the bank details, after the trip ekar deduct the bill amount from my bank account, then i got a mail from ekar,which says due to technical issues or insufficient balance they are unable to get the bill amount so an additional charge of 30 aed also including to same bill. The reality is bill amount is already deducted from my acount and i got the notification (email, sms) about the debited amount from bank side. after 2days same bill deducted again from acount.Better choose Udrive

Very bad experience. We booked a car and it was dirty with stained seats and shoe marks over dashboard and doors! Called customer care, and they advised me to get it cleaned at the patrol station! I mean, I am using EKar for convenience. Why should i take a car for cleaning where I am already paying the hefty amount for renting it. The customer support staff is of zero use. Never use their service again.

The last 2 times I used the app I had horrible experience. Due to technical issue of the app not able to lock the car. And it took so much time and energy and money to comunícate with customer support. For a 4 min drive it took me 1hr to fix the problem

Not to bad but room to improve. Nice car. Tried ekar, drove for 39km after 30km per hour was charged 1.50 extra for 9km. I tried Udrive, drove for 49 minutes and 35km. Not extra charges. Ekar have nice car than Udrive but the main point here is to save money and get to point to point. Even Im driving a nice car but the car does not belong to me. So better use udrive.

Good application and good service, but they start counting the time from the point you start the process of reservation so everytime i pay for extra 5-10 min for the time i answer questions and taking pictures of the car. Time counting should be start at the minute the car get open, not before that.

Spent time going through registration, booked a car, but the door wouldn't open. Called customer service told me the car had no singal and will be deactivated..doesn't help me, helps the next person I guess??no other cars in the area. Don't waste your time with this app, there are others which are more reliable

I have used the cars several times until now, all seems ok, cars are quite clean and new. However I find that the 4 photos required at the end of the trip are a bit time consuming if you're in a hurry. Maybe there should be some option to skip these on own responsibility.

They charge money without u even using the car. I do not recommend this app. I ended my trip before it was due dor extension. 1 hour later after the due for extension they charged me 66 riyals for an hour extra when the car has already been ended before the due time! I HATE THIS APP!!!

The cleaning surcharge applied to every reservation is unjustified. It is hard to believe that every ekar vehicle is cleaned after every reservation. This charge is between 30%-50% of my average usage fee, which is shockingly high and unreasonable, especially during these times. Udrive ensures that their cars are clean and safe to drive without passing the costs to its users. I enjoy driving ekar vehicles, but given the option between Udrive and ekar, I will choose Udrive from now on!
