I've just updated the app but I've noticed you have removed multi operator N bus passes. Can I ask why and will these be coming back to the app.

Been working fine up until today. I am now having to confirm that I am making the payment in my Barclay's banking app. Then even when I confirm I get an error processing payment! It used to be very quick to get a ticket, a few seconds, especially in a rush. Now I have to try getting my ticket half an hour in advance in case it doesn't work! Going to have to start using my card for contactless instead, which I don't like taking out.

No longer saves cards, even though the tick box remains there. Doesn't support basic auto entry. Drivers barely even glance at the app anyway. No useful status updates about live bus times, but somehow they still maintain the 25p pretty message sms service and took down all the in stop live times. All of which is to say, its all very primitive and backwards of where they were over a decade ago. It's like they don't want you to use their services.

My app is up-to-date. QR code wouldn't scan. Bus driver refused to let my children and I on the bus. I was told it's my fault and my ticket isn't valid. I lost £8 today and my kids were late for school. Absolutely disgusting!

Like travelling by bus could be any more frustrating. The clowns that run NX have decided everyone has to scan the QR code before boarding. Cue 20 seconds of trying to get the code to scan on the reader rather than the previous system of showing the driver. The payment processing screen keeps failing too. These reasons along with buses that don't arrive and the departures app being utterly useless are why I'll be getting a car next year. Just off to download the Auto Trader app

This app isn't as great as it seems. Everytime I get onto a bus Sometimes it rarely ever works, the machine doesn't pick up with qr code. The disappointing part, every now and then the app suddenly logins me out. I struggle to onto a bus. You should of tested the app before releasing it; most of time I'm late to my class because of the app. The app decided not to work.

The worst map app, How can you be the one controlling all your bus routes, times like everything and still have a horrible service? Can even figure out a way for me to go to New Street station, is not even on the search, very disappointed.

Beginning of this year, they handed over a chunk of their buses to diamond and have now cancelled all of the low fare zone nbus tickets on the app, only leaving the most expensive option and they're blaming it on people being "confused" It's now £20 per month more expensive if you need an nbus That's not confusion, that's money hungry in the middle of a cost of living crisis I'll give ya five stars when you give us the affordable fares back
