Early morning, I woke over 2500 steps in an effort to lose weight. Now the Fit3 and phone shows only 300 steps. I had this issue 3 weeks ago, and did god know what to get it fixed and sybced again. Now again. Why is this so complicated? Thing is after walking with my fit3 and turning on Bluetooth n connecting with my phone, its reolicating phone data on the Fit3 now. The 2500 steps + more walked on the fit shows on watch faces when selecting. After selecting, it takes the steps count from phone

Whenever I try to put my own photos as the watch face for my Watch 4, it opens the My Photo+ app and immediately closes. I tried resetting my watch, but it still did not work. It also says that my "watch is not responding" which is BS because it's working RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!! It's getting on my nerves!!!!

I had to reset my networks a month ago so my Bluetooth forgot every connection. It's been over a month and my watch still thinks my phone is a new phone and won't let me transfer, it fails every time. I have done everything under the sun minus resetting my watch. I've seen many do that and still have an issue. I just want my watch to connect why is this so difficult?!

I have a galaxy watch active, and when I try to update it, it starts downloading and then starts copying. If I lock the phone, copying fails immediately. It doesn't matter because after I keep the screen on for 10-15 minutes the copying finishes and I press install and voilà, nothing happens. The app says that the update is being installed but it's not. In addition, the app sends a permanent notification saying "couldn't copy update" and wants me to try again with a popup every 2 minutes.

Got a new phone woopdeedoo S24 Ultra, I already have a galaxy watch 6 classic, so cutting edge technology for me, but oh no, I've tried to pair the bloody things at least 20 times, failed every time. Always one problem after another shouldn't bother with a so called smart watch that isn't and a smartphone that is obviously far from smart. Useless again As soon as I agree to everything on the 2nd screen it says connection failed, many times IT DOES NOT WORK

Since the latest update I been having problems with being able to use the touch screen feature with my watch classic 6 it won't wake when I touch it. It will, however, wake when I use the dial but I'm still not able to use the touch screen I have to either restart my watch or turn of touch to wake in the app settings and turn it back on wich is only a temporary fix the last about a day of that.

This decision has rendered the smartwatch nearly obsolete, stripping it of essential features like notifications and health tracking. Worked fine for 3 weeks. Then 3/4 through daily workouts the time glitches to something like 2124:17:27 and does not record the workout. Samsung health app then doesn't update. Workout never is recorded. And now from today, fit3 band, this app and Samsung health app won't sync at all. Highly do not recommend the fit3 or this whole setup.

I personally don't like the way they are counting floors. They practically ignored the calories being burned. I am very disappointed about the lack of attention on details like floors. Fitbit sense has that option. It's gives better control of statistics and status monthly and yearly.
