the app is ok but it doesn't show all offers all the time. the filters work well but when I have a mailer with an offer but the offer doesn't show with filters set up properly it mashes me wonder what I'm missing

The app can work very well however sometimes it runs very slowly. Every once in a while you have to exit the app (when you've just entered it) make it work.

this app locks up ALL the time!!! no particular page....everytime I use it I have to try login at least twice before it works....then during my look through my account....offers and such....it will lock up everytime. I have to exit and try again. I happen to know that my cousin has the same issues.

Love Caesars, and though i by no means play up to a wealthy persons level of $$. Being an Atlantic Co. Resident i am a regular, and in May going from a gold card to a Platinum was a big deal to me. (But) Let me tell you!! I literally get barely Even small crumbs for promos with this platinum card! I would get more comp rooms with my gold card, bigger promos. I haven't got over a $5 promo on the kiosks once! It's ridiculous!

I like that I can keep track of my tier status and reward points. It allows me to participate in drawings right at my fingertips! I find out about deals,, concerts, meal credits and book comp rooms and all! Love this app!

Ever since the update the offers section is difficult to navigate. Unable to get rid of expired offers so you really have to sift through them to find current offers. Was so much better before when you could refresh your offers.

App is great...when it works. First day it worked fine. Second day the app kept closing before it could even load the main page. Finally started to work again.. Giving it a 4 because when it does work, it's easy to use and find everything I need.

I cannot get into the app. It keeps telling me incorrect user name or password. This has been going on for months. I've changed the password several times to no avail. I've complained about this before and was told the developer would contact me and correct the problem. Still waiting!

installed this app yesterday on a oneplus 5t device running Android 9 pie , 8 gb of ram and 128gb of storage. oneplus5t signed in and closed the app.. then got 4x notification last night and into today "this app is draining your battery". please fis thix this pop up or memory leak issue update 7/22/2019 ** still not fixed! have to downmoad this app to plan a trip but then uninstall to save my battery
