It's been great...but my last ride said pick up was completed when I was still waiting for his arrival. And this morning it won't let me book a ride at all. It won't detect location.

It used to be great but the app just doesn't work at all anymore. So I always end up ha ING to a regular taxi, which sucks but I have no choice since the app doesn't work.

Joke or scam, never heard of it, request many information, after setting up, it claimed a non google account as invalid email, then with a Google email, claims service not available in the area, but doesn't show WHERE it's available for service on any sample map.

Amazing idea have not used it yet so I'm not sure on pricing will be trying soon I really hope it's cheaper than the bs cab companies! Will update after I try one just thought I'd leave a higher star rating since people are complaining about little things not realizing the app is still under development as well as the company. Give them time!

Used Uride 3 times today while in Kelowna. Drivers Ricky, Leticia and Manpreet were all so friendly and professional with awesome customer service! Very clean vehicles. As I was unfamiliar with the area, it was quite pleasant to just use the app and let someone else do the driving! I give the Uride service 5* and highly recommend using this app.
