Worst app ever. I just came to pick up my rental car which I paid for and booked their Travelocity and of course there's no record of any reservation and they have no cars.

The customer service is absolutely dog water. Not only did they mess up my trip, but admitted to an error on their end when canceling. I tried to get it reviewed but they literally lied to me in an e-mail saying that there was no error when all of the calls are recorded, and the woman blatantly said "it looks like there was an error on my end for rebooking, try it again on the app in an hour". So after they messed that up, I ended up paying over $700 for a new booking instead of the 280. Garbage

Horrible experience all around, with the service. had to cancel my flight and i purchased a cancellation policy. Sadly things happen and plans change. I don't need a credit for a future flight, I need my funds back. I had to file a claim, where you have to attach files of everything, then proof of the reason why you cancel. I probably won't get my money back.

The worst experience I've ever had. I tried to book a flight and a hotel . They canceled my reservation because the trip changed before I could book. They didn't cancel the entire reservation. The flight charged me 4 times and charged me for a cancelation fee for each charge. I booked at at 1230pm and at 448pm I still haven't been able to get in contact with them. I talk to my bank and the flight company , but no Travelocity. You can't call them without an itinerary number.

The app isn't very used friendly. The format is outdated, some images won't load, and some pop-ups appear suspicious. Upon opening my account after downloading the app, Travelocity somehow created a password without me ever doing so. After I was logged into my account, I wanted to change my password but I couldn't because when it asked for my current password I didn't have one. I had to log out and log back in to click "forgot password." I'm hoping the app works when it really matters!

Absolutely the worst experience ever! I booked a package deal, leaving on wednesday and flying back on saturday.... with hotel. Well, travelocity only booked my hotel for 2 nights instead of 3!!! Thank god I called the hotel to confirm my reservation!!!! After spending 4 and a half hours on the phone with travelocity, having them charge my card TWICE for something I had already paid for, they finally got the reservation corrected. I will NEVER use travelocity again!!!!!
