Such n awful experience I pay for the tickets from san Sebastian to Barcelona I paied for seat and I got got some other seating arrangement... While books it was showing we all 4 will be sitting together like facing each other but got the last seat which is not as per the picture shown while booking, i have been cheated :(

I am going to save a lot of people, a lot of time. The App is terrible, because they don't want you to buy a ticket on the Internet. They don't want you to get special offers, they want you to go to the station and pay the premium. To work for Renfe, is a job for life. They are classed as civil servants. Spanish transport unions, don't care about the public and Renfe is state owned. You pay higher, the government get more money. I have been in Spain 30 years. It has always been the same.
