Clunky, w.re/misdirects. Inefficient. Don't understand y app and gui updates....learning curves on levels of nneedless updates, confusion,a distraction and yet further app dowoads or none work in harmony for entering an event. STOP PAYING CODERS/ENGINEERS/DEVELOPERS to continually obfuscate the objective. What once was pretty cool is now a pain to avoid if possible. Secondary market apps are much ezier and require much less .percerveirance. Btw,, am pro on GUI design.and.live shows as well.

My tickets keep disappearing and then I get a message to install chrome and update it. Everything is current. This happens monthly. Then I have to resign in, restart my phone and try a few times until it appears. I have Never had one problem with AXS. THIS APP SUCKS AND WE ARE FORCED TO USE IT. Why don't you use your greedy $$ to fix this APP?????

i dont get it. Live nation requires you to use their app now instead of printing up the tickets and yet i cannot get the app to login. It just sits there with it's stupid bars going back and forth for about 10 min until eventually it just takes me back to the login screen. If I can't login to view my tickets to show at the gate how am I supposed to get into the concert? Yeah not real smart live Nation. Here's a novel idea... If you're going to force people to use the app, make sure it works! UPDATE: The changing password and logging in using the new password idea has solved my issue. Upping the review to 3*. Thanks!

My app was working fine before the new update. Now i can't get anything to load for me. I can't see any ticket information just a loading circle. The new update was supposed to fix the bugs, well i think it just created them. Not worth the download.

I have had a great experience. I bought a few tickets from this app. A few things that can be improved is that updating artist info. Sometimes when you click on a certain artist to buy tickets it leads to blank screen or connection error.

Well I have been trying to buy the 25 dollar lawn tickets ever since they started and it will let me click on the venue and select how many tickets I want and when I hit buy it just shows that the page is loading. Really sucks because one of the main ones I wanted for 2 of the lawn tickets is gonna cost well over a 100 bucks and it showed they were still available. There was a few of them It would show this but would keep doing the same thing. I even uninstalled and re-installed the app. WTH!

In order to get your tickets you have to download app, and tickets will download to phone. When I go to view tickets it says I need to use another browser to view tickets and the screen goes blank, even though I am already in the app! Their tech support is little help. I bought a ticket, not an app. Just sell the damn ticket to me.

I will definitely use Live Nation again. Unfortunately the concert I had paid for(Knotfest 2020) has been canceled due to COVID-19, but Live Nation emailed me to let me know my tickets would automatically get refunded. I haven't gotten the refund yet, but just the fact that it is automatically being done is excellent. Also they gave me the option to opt in to 150% worth of my ticket price's credit, I don't plan on using that option but it is cool to have the option.
