Looks really nice but is completely useless. Can't place an order for pickup at all. Stops at the point of placing a secure order and does nothing when you hit the button. Good way to encourage customers to go somewhere else for their chicken.

Terrible app. Most of the time I can't log in. It keeps buffering. I have to physically go to Popeye's if I want to order something. Whenever I get lucky and do log in, it won't check me out. It's so frustrating that I dont use the app anymore and unfortunetly my many reward points will be lost.

Had to restart the app several times to place one order. Doesn't seem to match items available in store, so people in our group had to compromise. Order completion page missing order no., order method, and estimated pickup time.

Keeps saying "price order failure" kinda messed up considering they always mess up my order anyways and customer service pretty much gives me 600 points every time I order. But now it's hard to even redeem them, Popeyes is going to end up owing me free food for life at this rate.

Won't allow me to order. What's the point of that option if it won't go through. Click confirm payment and nothing happens. When you contact support they have 24-48hrs. To respond by that time I'm no longer interested in that order. Can't believe there app is worst then mcdonalds.

The app used to be great but now it's worthless. The last 3 times I've tried to order on the app I get to where I press place secure order and nothing. Try to change the store, change payment method, force close the app, still nothing. I drive to the local store and ask if they are taking online orders still and they say yes. I ask if I can use my points in store and get told no, online only. How am I supposed to use the points in my app if you app doesn't work. Disappointing and frustrating.

I can't log in. It won't let me log in with a password. It is forcing me to send a verification code with my email. Then the emails never come. Update* 2 hours later, I received the codes. By then, the codes did not work. I had to resend a new code. This time, it sent a code immediately to my email. I was finally able to log in.

The app is ok when it works, but it often freezes or gets in a pending order state. Also, often unresponsive.

App is great, food is great. I would just really LOVE if you had a side of Cajun gravy as an option for dipping sauce. They never let me call and add it after using the app. I'd definitely order more if it was an option!
