As far as food delivery apps go, this is a great one in design. It's easy to understand and gives you all the things you want, like other brands. Issue is driver availability. Once they get more late night spots and more drivers, I'd be more interested.

Worst Delivery Service Ever. I have had an issue every time I have tried using them. Most recently our food was stolen, not replaced, and then their customer service hung up on me. The only reason I used them was because Amazon Prime had a special for free delivery. I will never use them again. Horrible service.

Just as many options as their competitors BUT MUCH BETTER deals & prices. They ALWAYS make it right if orders r late or messed up. I gave 5 Stars bc Ive had great experiences & the few times I had a problem or issue with my delivery they made it right within 24 hrs. Drivers rnt always gonna be ideal & restaurants don't always put in 100% but it's the level of service the COMPANY provides when/if the drivers or restaurants disappoint. Thus far my #1 favorite & only go to app for food delivery!

My very first time I tried to use this app, I was unsuccessful and very disappointed to say the least. My order was canceled and I was assured that my 83.82 would be back in my account in 5,to 10 days. That was back in Early September 2023 . I have not used the app since. I have not received anything from them. I have repeatedly tried to call, E-mail and no response. Now they just took two months membership fees. So I did the right thing and had then blocked, and I am disputing the transaction .

This delivery service still is horrible, I can almost guarantee at least every other order there is going to be a delay and it's always at least 1 1/2 hr delay so it's giving this company does not pay well and is short of drivers. Every time I chat with them they say they're gonna give me a credit &that's a LIE! ******************** I constantly have to keep canceling orders due to delay with the drivers. I'm one more delay from getting tide of the entire app and sticking w your competitor.

Nothing like credits going to waste because they won't apply to one single restaurant in the list... I've tried every one of them to see where it works. Nope nothing. Credit was for a horrible delivery so that's two strikes. Canceling membership. Not having a 3rd time to be let down!

So far my experience has been horrible. My order is consistently get delayed. There's always something missing. There's always some type of issue and then when I go to report it, I've reported it too much and now my account status is being affected. Which I find completely and utterly stupid, because if something is wrong with the order wouldn't you want it to be reported to you in order for the issue to be resolved. I won't order with you guys again

While the app works fine, I wish they included Tablet support - both landscape and portrait. With folding phones being more common and tablets still a thing, it would be nice to be able to view it on the big screen in landscape. Please?!

So far it has been work the best compared to the garbage ubber and doorsdash. I thought it would be the same but grubhub is much better, faster delivery and if there is a problem they help you out with refund etc. I hope they can keep this app going without any problems, I will keep using and recommending it as long as the service still good
