Cannot download any coupons anymore with the newest version. Called Giant Eagle customer service, they said it was probably my phone carrier. Tried to download the coupons on my desk top computer and still couldn't. It kept trying to link the advantage card that's already linked.

I'm pissed. This app used to be for the grocery store and getgo combined and now it's just for the getgo. There was no email telling me about this. Now I need to download a different app just to use the functions I was using before. That's highly annoying and very uncalled for. Not everyone has the space to have multiple apps for the same company!

3 Years and Still Major Issues - cannot log in 75% of the time (spinning circle), cannot clip coupons. Cannot set preferred store. I hate this app. You might as well not have it at all. You're paying someone who doesn't do his/her job.

Glitches couldn't verify email to set up an account, first 3 email codes didn't work and then the box to put in the code stopped appearing all together. Customer support wasn't very helpful at all maybe better luck with someone else. This is a sad first experience to say the least.

Unreliable, most of time, like too many digital technologies.You cannot count on app working. But can reliably count on it working you. Simply fails to respond. Just uninstalled and reinstalled. I believe I lost my perks.

It won't even let me attempt to sign in. I click the button the screen goes blank and goes right back to the sign in required page and it won't do anything else. This is why I keep deleting this app. And soon I'll stop shopping here completely.

New version doesn't have a weekly ad? Who thought that was good idea? No option for a shopping list? What fool redesigned this. Now it's only useful for checking perks and clipping coupons. No wonder it barely breaks 3 stars.

Very frustrating. I clip ecoupons and they are not always applied at checkout. I make sure that I am purchasing the correct item but don't receive the savings. Also it takes days to see the updated food /fuel perks.

Navigation is horrible. You are stuck once you select an option. You can't add more than one item that you want. Are they making this unusable so people have to go and order at GetGo?
