    1. Practically, most readers only have time to READ (not so much listen to) newspaper end-to-end at a specific time slot of the day, although they do check for ad-hoc new articles during the day. Yet, there is no easy way to differentiate btw old and new articles, not to mention that the same articles may appear in multiple sections (e.g Asian Insider inside Asia, and World). Sugg: Pls display the date-time-stamp of article in gray smaller font immediately below its title in the article list on Home tab. This is already done partially for article list in the Latest tab (albeit time only), and "More from The Straits Times" at the end of an opened article (albeit date only). 2. Relatedly, within each article section under the Menu tab, it's not clear why there's a need for a LATEST category, as (a) it's not necessarily the "latest" (some "Latest" articles can be more than 2 days old) and (b) it causes confusion as readers would naturally assume that new articles should logically appear at the top of the page under each article section (e.g. SINGAPORE) instead. Sugg: remove the Latest category under all the article sections, or simply park latest articles at the top of each article section. Use the earlier proposed date-time stamp to indicate to readers how recent an article is. Top Picks, and the thematic categories (e.g. Covid, Discover) can appear below the Latest category. 3. Having Podcasts segment appear in the middle of the Life section is misleading, as readers may assume they've reached the end of the Life section, when, there are other unread thematic segments below (e.g. Travel, Motoring, and even LATEST News!). Sugg: Consistently place all Podcast segments for all articles sections to be at the end of the article section, just as the Podcasts segment already appears at the end of the Business section, and Video/GZero segment already appears at the end of Asia, World, Tech sections. 4. The Home tab, which should be a complete list, is missing some popular segments, e.g. Forum, AskST. Sugg: pls make the segments within Home complete.

App itself is good but usually in other news sites apps, after you have digital subscription you won't see so many intrusive ads. Please consider decreasing the amount of ads in the app, given that we've already paid for access.

The zoom on the epaper is working fine until recent updates. When I performed the zoom, I am not able to see the rest of the paper unlike the previous version. This makes the reading of the epaper useless.

Please fix bug about payment. I saw an interesting article title and had an impulse to subscribe myself to the Straits Times. I took out my credit card and find that I was stuck on the page of personal information filling (while the system keeps saying please wait while we are processing your request) and cannot proceed to payment.

I am a paid subcriber and after installing this app ontoy new android phone running on Android 12, it doesn't work!!! The app just closed by itself when I try opening, very frustrating!!! Please contact me asap. Btw already written to the email add. And so far silent after I shared screenshot of error. And don't even bother give this lame advise of reinstalling because it doesn't work. SPH: Applaud SPH for calling me and solving this over the phone. My perception of SPH has changed positively!

Can't even open app after today's update. Just get a black screen. Edit: I heard to clear all data (not just cache) in my phone settings, in order for the app to work again. But that meant losing all my login data and settings.

Despite being a subscriber, I still get pushed ads. This is unacceptable. Changing password also is fraught with issues and I've been logged out of accounts with a constant 'invalid password' error upon the change.

Could you please for the umpteenth time fix the subscription bug? I can't even log out of my account. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the issue still persists. What exactly am I paying for if I can't read the news that I have subscribed to? If CNA could do it properly why can't you? Get this fixed pronto. Thank you.

After a recent samsung/android update, this app keeps crashing. Once it crashes, I can't restart. Only way is to reinstall. Not sure why. The only app that does that. The BT app seems ok
