I am very disappointed with the Course Hero Tutor Support team. My tutor account was permanently disabled without any valid reason, and even after contacting the support team, they failed to reactivate my account. The lack of communication and responsiveness from the support team is unacceptable. It is clear that they do not value their tutors and do not take their concerns seriously. Overall, the experience with coursehero has been extremely negative and extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I love how it helps me better understand what a paper is asking and if I'm stuck on a question I like how it gives you a general idea to the answer they want. I hate how you have to have an annual plan to access the rest of the document your looking for. I don't get why they can't show you the full documents without the annual plan. I feel like the documents should be unlimited. like the prices are high to just get 30 or so unlimited locks. the whole annual plan thing is annoying.

I love Course Hero, but mostly because of using it on PC. Every time I try to log in with my Google account through this app, it says, "We failed to integrate with your Google account. Please try again later". My Google account is how I subscribed. That's the main reason I rated it two stars. I will change my rating once that gets resolved.

Sometimes it really good, I can find homework help and test prep that works. But sometimes it is a ridiculously long wait for the tutor to get back to you about your question. Yesterday I waited an hour and half, Completed a test and all my homework and still no response. Made me want to cancel my script but I already paid for the month.

I asked 5 expert questions roughly 20 hours ago and still i have not received any sort of response. About 2 months ago I asked a straight forward question. The answer in subject of history would only be a few sentences, and never received an answer. I paid for a premium subscription and it is up for renewal and I think it is time to look elsewhere. I never leave negative review but Im pretty done with CourseHero.

I have used this app for year's, all throughout my bachelors and masters degrees. The only downfall is that it automatically charges the next quarter without asking. I have had to cancel 2 or 3 debut cards because I didn't authorize the payment and my bank rejected it.

I paid 50 Australian dollars to search for a single one question. I found the assessment uploaded on the website, but without answers in it. I also tried to ask tutors for help, rephrased the question 5 consecutive times, but I've never received any sensible answers. Even by submitting the page with the question exactly as it appears on the document on their site, they still say the question is incomplete. Terrible and extremely expensive service.

When it works, it's good. Most of the time it asks me for verification, where I enter my a code they send my phone to validate. Only problem is it never accepts the code and I can't move forth! Pretty frustrating and will be canceling.
