I had just the Most terrible time attempting to use this site. Unbelievable. Installed it, didn't let me check out or stop jumping up and down. It was like trying to catch the iten to put it in my cart, before I wasn't able to add it. Attempted to checkout 5 or 6 times, to No avail. ! Finally I had to contact the store for actual help or their need to put me in the system manually. Genérally I couldn't be bothered with this, but a recent car situation transpired and now I need the Best grocery,

Flaw: I attempted to "unclip" a coupon, but could not find an effective way to do so. Even when I went to "my list" and selected the item by clicking the bubble icon next to it, it just disappears off of "my list," but does not actually remove it when purchasing items. Also, Would also be helpful to still be able to view past orders. Experience: My total asked for a set amount of money (i.e. $0.55), but after paying the amount, it said that I owed additional money again due to a coupon.

Started shopping ACME for prescriptions.... they always have the scripts available, on time and they alert me automatically as they are refilled. I started shopping their groceries shortly after.... I love the app!

The "rewards" and "discounts" are good, actually great for 3⭐, but it's way too time consuming, with too many steps, and it's a real pain in the pork"butt" to use! All products you want, prior to shopping, go on "the list" and then you have to ❎ each item to go into the 'basket" before going to the register and entering your # in! (Too many steps) Most of the time I need a manager at check-out because it's not working! You can SCAN items as you shop but don't forget to ❎ &

Broken on update. Stuck on location. Cannot select store. Cannot log in with my existing account. It just gives a crapton of popups with sorry, technical error, technical issues. Sorry, we suck and offer a bricked app and cannot get our act together. Why release a grocery app that doesn't work? And the trite contact us prompt? No thanks, off to another grocery store app that works and wants business

The app if you can ever get into it is okay. The problem is they combined the shopping/rx apps into one, but the rx section doesn't recognize your old login. Fine, but it also doesn't recognize ur DOB, name, & phone number to create a new rx a/c from the old. Nope! It'll tell you your phone is already in use. Well of course it is! You have to call tech support, which is useless. Then you have to wait for IT! Why doesn't it recognize your email, phone, address, name, DOB from the old!

Unable to order new items not previously ordered. message "encountering technical difficulties and to try again". Issues since upgrade about 4 or 6 weeks. I've deleted and reinstalled app, logged back in everything they told me to do. Update: I think I found a workaround I can only order a new item from list tab then it lets me add that item to my cart. Delivery service and turn around times are excellent! If they could just fix this little bug.
