Ovo je potpuno besmisleno. Do sada sam koristio karticu i nije me zanimao nikakav nalog. Sad je to ukinuto i na prvom ekranu umesto uputstva ili nedaj bože kreiraj nalog ima samo logiin. I da kad napravite nalog obavezno je da date pristup lokaciji i kameri. Besmisleno. Da nemam besplatno FitPass preko firme upravo bi prestao da ga koristim. Najgore kršenje GDPR-a i da smo u EU ova aplikacija bi bila ukinuta.

Korisnička podrška ocena nula, mnogo je i ova jedna zvezdica. Nemaju kontakt telefon. Reklamacije se rade preko chata i email-a. Osoblje koje radi je izuzetno neljubazno, nesposobno i neprofesionalno, ograničenih mentalnih sposobnosti. Nisu sposobni ceo dan da evidentiraju uplatu preko njihove aplikacije, pare su naravno dobili. Ne preporučujem nikome, bolje je platiti i više nego se maltretirati sa njima.

Aplikacija je losa, stalno imam problema sa ovitavanjem QR coda. Ako neko čita ove komentare, mislim da je bolje da vratite kartice kako biste rešili ovaj problem. Upravo pokušavam da obnovim članarinu i platim preko aplikacije ali plaćanje ne radi. Za kraj, da postoji alternativno resenje verovatno bih probala to drugo, ali posto je fitpass za sada jedina firma u Sr, prinuđena sam da je koristim.

Neuspesno ocitavanje Vasih QR kodova vise od 50% vremena. Update 03.08.2022 Aplikacija vec duze vreme radi bez greske. Prilikom problema sa uplatom clanarine, korisnicka podrska Fitpass-a mi je u potpunosti izasla u susret dok problem nisu otklonili. Za svaku pohvalu!

ძალიან გაუმართავი აპლიკაციაა, თითქმის ყოველ შემოსვლაზე ვყოვნდები, ხან იუზერიდანაა გასული, ხან QR კოდს არ აღიქვამს. სამწუხაროა რომ ფიტპას ბარათების გაუქმების მერე მაინც არ იზრუნეთ აპლიკაციის გამართულობაზე

Ponovo mi se izlogovala aplikacija vetovatno zbog nekog apdejta jer vidim da se i slicica promenila. Prosli put sam zbog toga bio prinududjen da sam platim trening jer nisam mogao da resetujem sifru bez prisupa sluzbenom mejlu... Nije bas fora tek tako bez najave da se izloguje... Sve drugo lepo radi. Update: Ovog drugog puta mi je aplikacija ipak bar ponudila da sama otkuca pass, tako da se nadam da je resen bag, pa dizem ocenu sa 2 na 4
