Always find something interesting and at a good price. I mostly seem to buy bags or underwear but they have a wide range of stuff and lots of different brands that come in rotation. If you ever see a HOM campaign, buy as much as you can. The dressing gowns, pyjamas and underwear are all great. The only slight downside is sometimes shipping on certain items can take a while but been a happy customer for ages now!!!

Smooth navigation. Easy to use. A feature to bookmark items would be useful. Care instructions for products should also be mentioned in the details. The My Size filter needs improvement, specially for shoes.

Placing an order and paying for it does not guarantee you will get the product. Orders often get canceled after a month of wait time due to "supply" issues. Yes, the app has limited stock on items and yet still fails to fulfill orders they accepted after taking the payment for them. Sure, they will refund you the money, but don't get hyped when you but something as it can be cancelled at any time - that's the definition of the luxury shopping experience, right?

Easy to use with saved sizes. Good discounts compared to in store prices. You can pay with ideal, so credit card is not necessary. Sometimes on the brands with combined genders you still have to filter on the gender list you are in. I.e. if you are in the Male section you still see female clothing. It makes the list a clothing a lot longer to look at.

There is no search option, just a bunch of stuff in no order. I was searching for a brand with a promo advertised on FB, it is simply impossible to find it. Also, the same type of product is in 2 different categories. No logic whatsoever to find something you are interested in.

Recently an update made it so that the app is only available in the local language, in my case Finnish. This means the app is completely useless for me now as I don't speak Finnish, so I removed it. It's a spectacular boneheaded move to be so restrictive, as it will lock out a big group of consumers in any country where they do this. Why make the CX worse instead of better?
