Twice my tickpick account was used fraudulently to purchase tickets under my credit card. Tickpick does not take security seriously and puts users at risk. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE Reply: That's exactly my point. Someone used my account fraudulently to purchase tickets using my credit card. 1st problem. Tickpick doesn't give you a way to REMOVE a credit card from their platform. You can modify payment method only during transaction. 2nd problem: no 2fa. Accounts are NOT SECURE!

Why'd it take so long for someone to be transparent about fees? It's a little difficult to find large groups of tickets if you want to sit in back to back rows, otherwise the interface and experience have been great.

Don't sell PDF tickets with this company. I sold a pair of $160 tickets and was not paid out for my order. Tickpick said I had to provide a scan report, which the venue does not provide. Customer Service is also rude through this provider and doesn't protect the seller or buyer.

Says no fees but there definitely are, they're just already part of the ticket price (they're hiking the price of the ticket for the fees they claim to not give). You can compare to other apps/sites that have fees. It's the same. You're just hiking the price to make up for what you claim to not charge. You're charging the same price as any other site that has fees. The only thing You're giving is the illusion of a good deal. Nothing more.

I love tickpick! Unlike mostly every other ticket buying site, the price you see is the price you pay. I've looked at many different events and every single time tickpick has been the cheapest. I have purchased through them three times and have always received my tickets. The one time I had a problem (was my fault) I was at the gate looking for the e-tickets in my email (forgot to look ahead if time). I was a bit frustrated but their customer service was patient and helped me resolve the issue. Highly recommended.

Great for tickets with upfront or no fees. But the app is super buggy. If you don't finish your transaction fully before you switch to another app (maybe to check your calendar...) The app with completely freeze and you have to start over. I works have been in and out in 3 mins but instead it took me 20 cause I had to restart the process 10 times
