UPDATE: I realize it's a WiFi issue and not the app. TS team, thanks for building the app. This will definitely get people to tap for often. This is great when it works - 5 stars, but it's been stalling a lot. I'm on Android and have updated to v. 1.3.1 and it constantly stalls. Music and script seem to be on different tracks and freeze at different intervals. Music going on and off is very distracting. Will update review when problem is fixed.

I like the app, find it pleasant & useful. Suggestion: not obvious to see how 2 go to the free version. U have 2 press on the cross on the top right of the 1st page to skip free trial. On that first page, an option 2 stay on free version would avoid the many frustrations for those who obviously can't see how 2 do that. Possibly unintentional (or not) but It feels like a bit of a trap. Developers: people who want more will subscribe. Be generous and make it easy to use it free at first. Tx.

This app is pretty simple to use, the instructions are really clear and easy to follow and the voices are pleasant to listen to. The tapping sessions range in length and there's a decent variety amongst the free sessions to suit a range of needs. It's been easy, convenient and beneficial to include into my chaotic days. My only criticism is that the free sessions are not grouped/searchable for ease of use so if you don't have the paid version you have to scroll through the app looking for them.

So Easy, Awesome Customizatons! I have truly enjoyed using the Tapping Solution. Before I would scour websites and have to rewrite scripts. These are so wonderfully done and you can add different types of background music to help calm down as well. They have a feature where you can recommend topics too! Thank you for creating such a fantastic resource!

Great for those that would like to try EFT/Tapping but (like me) aren't so disciplined to do it by themselves or just need someone guiding you through the steps/helpful phrases. They have some specific Covid/anxiety meditations to help us during this trying time! It's a good habit to build and it takes 10-12 minutes. And if you are worried about money, you get access to some free meditation to try/learn/practice. Highly recommended! Ps: nice music/background image that can be changed.

Having done development before, I can say that this app is a beautifully made companion app to the tapping process, as presented in the Tapping Solution book. The female figure used to locate tapping points comes off the screen along with Jessica's easy to follow guidance. One note for the developers, there is a small bug, with the displayed tapping points not updating and falling out-of-synchronization if the audio is skipped backwards. Other than that, great app!

I've used a lot of mindfulness apps for my severe anxiety, but this is the first one that I've really got into the habit of using everyday. Other guided meditations tend to stress me out because they pace breathing, but I haven't encountered that with TPS. There's an exercise for basically anything you can think of and there's a bunch of customization options. My favorite feature is how you can just sit and listen to the background sound indefinitely after a session

Excellent collection of tapping scripts. They're literally is something for everyone and for every emotion that comes up during your sessions. The app keeps track of your progress which is really awesome so it is easy to pick up where you leave off. Music is relaxing and continues to play when sessions are done giving you opportunity to meditate or do your own scripts while the sessions are fresh in your mind. Also informative links to science and data readily available linking to website.

Tapping really works! I was feeling so much anxiety and stress that my neck, jaw and shoulders were in constant pain. Searching for an app to help me relax, I came across The Tapping Solution. I used tapping (EFT) years ago to help me through an emotionally charged relationship situation and it was extremely helpful. To find it on an app was a god-send.
