I decided to get two of the battery cameras after returning 3 Arlo Essential that were a joke. I couldn't believe that Arlo wants to charge so much for each camera and they didn't have a spot for SD card. But so far I've had the GMK Smart battery camera and it's been well worth the cost I paid for them. They were a 4th of the price of the Arlos and they operate the same way. The Vico Home app is not too bad but I would like to see a little more features available. The GMK even connect faster

I want to to be able to customize my activity zones more. I think I should be able to trigger the flashlight alarm and sound alarm on my front door activity zone, but I don't want an alarm going off when someone is on my driveway zone. yet it still want to be able to record when my driveway zone is triggered. I think more customizations between zones would overall make homes safer and you obviously have the tech to do it. I will continue to use but hope for updates.

Works really well on my phone. Does not work on my pixel tablet at all. Apparently it's designed that way. Interestingly, it works really well on my crummy bottom of the line Lenovo tablet.

Hi i have no proplem with the service at all. The only proplem i have is that the cámara will go offline some times. More so when i am not at home, i have to put it on manualy and i can be away for days. Apart from that i am still happy with the systom and the surport i have. Thanks again people all the best dave.

Horrible app. Doesn't work at all. You cannot sign in, connect to the internet or have your camera connected. BEWARE! THIS FEELS LIKE A SCAM TO STEAL YOUR INFO AND INTERNET PASSWORDS

Internet is working on everything else in my home, but the cameras say offline, RING CAMERAS are on the same internet and THEY WORK just fine. VICO WILL NOT CONNECT... AGAIN. WORST CAMERAS EVER.
