The endless sign-in issues are infuriating and the express exit never works. I've had the app for 3 years and it's been terrible for 3 years. Nobody at these car places ever reads reviews but their tech is atrocious.

Impossible to get return address for rental car and location that came up appears to be completely wrong. Getting the basic info right is more important than some fancy ui. Sad.

The absolute worst app. Never accepts your user name or password, doesn't accept your Booking Reference number no matter how many times you reset it. It then constantly locks you out. Hate this app, would go to another Car Rental Company if I could.

Login Stinks. After changing the password online, they send you a login code. Ironically, the app doesn’t allow you to type in the login code they just sent you. TRASH. A year later they still have fixed the flaw in the app.

This would be a lot better if the Share Receipt button worked. It's the only problem I've really run across with this app. Edit: It would also be nice if when I select Fuel Plan as an option that it goes through to the place I'm renting from. Edit 2: Changing this to 1 star. So much of this app doesn't work. It's not possible to use the Return Car feature. It errors every time. Please work on making the functionality of this app better. It's really a hassle.

When I try to access my current reservation to start a return, there are no options for that. It only displays the reservation as if I am just picking the car up. The app also tries to force you into giving tour credit card information for "preferred"

It NEVER works! I travel to DFW often and not once has this app allowed me to choose a car. In fact, preferred service with Avis is nonexistent. Horrible app and horrible service
