This app is unusable, impossible to see your next flight, can't change a flight from the app (the support will make you pay more than what the app says), searching for flight is not always working, need to wait 30 minutes to get the confirmation email after buying a ticket. Worst customer experience

I'm not really in the business of reviewing apps but this one is so unnerving I can't keep from expressing my deepest frustration about how bad it is. It's unresponsive most of the time, login fails, all too often you click on sthg and get "webpage not available". Low cost is another thing, this below minimum viable level. Hope their planes work better than this. Unusable.

The app is slow and takes a long time to load and it's kinda weird to navigate. Not a great UX, not really intuitive. But it's actually the company that sucks. If you don't buy the flex plan they charge you 50 euros for whichever change you make and of course you can't see that unless you know it beforehand or search for fly penalties that make no sense. Yet, when they change the flight hours, all is well, no refunds or whatsoever. Not to mention the check in process which is a sad joke.

You can't even choose to download the boarding pass as pdf, it forces you to download it as jpg image (this happens on the mobile website too btw). Which is terribile because for people who aren't phone-savvy (like my mother) I want to download the pdf in order to print it for them, not a goddamn jpg that's not even 600px tall and when printed looks either extremely tiny or blurry if you enlarge it. You literally can't download a Volotea PDF boarding pass unless you're using a pc, it's absurd

The IT team needs to work harder and get ahead of their game. The app is not customer friendly. Is keep crashing and making it very tricky to procced to a booking. I manage after 5 attempts and 20 mnts to make a booking.

what's the purpose of an app that won't let you to download boarding pass or manage reservation? the answer, of course, is that Volotea reserves the right to mine your personal data and contacts, sell that data and STILL price gouge you 30€ to print your boarding pass in person at the airport. it doesnt matter if you try try to check in early (3 days or 24 hours before your flight), or if you use app or website. unless you travel with a printer, you will be gouged 30€. thanks Volotea

Volotea is a great example of a company that will do the bare minimum until it's enivitable demise. Zero regard for its customer experience, broken parts of its website INCLUDING online check-in, no chat support for large parts of the day, no phone support at all (just a cursed 'you can find everything online' message), greedy 'only 10€ check-in' options as consolidation for the lack of free or easy online check-in. Just.... not good. ZERO STARS!

The app isn't functional. I don't know if it's the last update, but the app has been badly coded. You can't do anything on it and all I get are these rather interesting superimposed pages. Hope you get it fixed soon and also have the e-boarding pass soon aswell, I'm flying in a couple of days.

I bought a ticket with this very bad app. Since my flight is next week, I checked the ticket in the app by chance and it tells me that the reservation is not complete because they charged me 26 euros more?!? "manage my reservation" doesn't work, and if I try to fix it then the app says that there is a failure before even requesting for the payment details. It is 3 days that I am trying to contact these guys by the app or the website, but the help section doesn't work and shows a blank page.
