booked ticket from gillette wy yo ft pierce fl. we pulled into Minneapolis and driver didn't do DOT check started out of Minneapolis at 8:30 pm with no lights. we went back to depot and were told new bus would be here in 15 minutes. Next morning they started loading people on miscellaneous busses, my daughter sat on my lap to chicago. new ticket issued due to delay, bus arrived 24 hours later than was supposed to, asked for refund and since they reissued in chicago wouldn't refund. Not my prob

App Sucks! Can't process payments and ticket jumped $60 dollars in price before I could physically drive an hour to buy a paper ticket. Zero stars would not recommend.

Grey hound literly sucks, it is helpful if you just need to get from point a to b. But if you are looking for a comfortable way to travel, this is not it. I noticed that when i was on the flix busses, the drivers were nice and friendly, but as soon as I got on the greyhound, they wanted to treat us like they were transporting prisinors.

Absolutely dismal! The app, the service, the experience is awful! After this last Greyhound Clusterphukk, I'd rather walk thru a blizzard with no shoes! Greyhound has become the absolute worst transportation company out there. Do yourself a favor, either fly, take Amtrak, or WALK before ever taking a Greyhound!

With every issue that randomly pops up the staff the bus drivers and the application have always been able to keep me on track. lay overs were hard but I was able to sleep and eat safely.
