Can't paste my password?! Can't use this app! I use unique long complex passwords stored in a password manager to improve security. Why can't I cut and paste my password? Does eva want users to use short simple passwords? Very poor security.

Due to covid, unable to travel, so my family 3 gold card members' mileages got expired. Lost 20k hard earned mileage for each of us. I will use United frequent flight program to earn miles in the future, because never expired.

Clunky, buggy terrible ap. Even after manually checking in online and getting your eticket displayed on the ap, if you exit or go to another in ap tab it will close your eticket and you cannot recheckin to display it.

Taking forever to login if ever. I have Samsung galaxy s10e, android 9. It took forever for keyboard to show up to enter password. This issue started around Oct2019.

I try to create an account, says I'm already a member. I try to log in, says there's no account with that data. No support email address. I can't check in even though my flight is in less than 24 hours.

Please guys when updating the app don't log out us users from the application. Already 3 times I need to contact Eva CS to restart my password each time when app is updated it logs out and some of us forget those passwords

For a long time i wait for mileage redemption feature but you are still not working on it? Its a waste time i have to go to website.. Also the sutcharge is really expensive. You shluld leatn more from Singapore air.

they build their own keyboard which is very inconvenient to use. made me give up using their app at login step when my password is managed by third party software and my password is long and ugly.

Terrible. Can't login because no keyboard pops up. Also requires a code in addition to the password. Where exactly is one supposed to find this code. Way overkill
