The videos take too much time to open and the playing speed is very slow,on the one hand video in 1080p on YouTube plays effortlessly and in the your app it keeps on buffer again and again, please help me out for this.

I have used this app earlier but due to some reason I was needed to do factory reset due to which I lost all the apps including Navkar Digital. Now when I am trying to log in again, it says multiple devices access disabled and contact Admin to access from new device though I am accessing from old one only. Kindly pls help me with this.
