    After a transfer from Newday and signing up with the new Pulse Card app I had no clue about opt in. The app worked and didn't tell me anything else was needed. My card just stopped working without warning from the app. Apparently I needed to call a number before a certain date to opt in. I found the email but too late. I phoned today and was told my account would be closed because I didn't opt in. Why isn't an opt in reminder or opt in option present in the app which I've used many times?

    I haven't been able to activate my account and now my account is blocked and it says I need to get in contact with your customer service. However there seems to be no way to get in contact with you apart from Phone number which I can't do as I'm away from the UK for the next few months.     So my amazon closed down got told was moving.. No way to contact and no idea what is happening (do I still get a credit card account or what? No idea!) ONLY had one message months ago it will movr but NO INFO if about replacement card and nothing has come in post so I'm assuming they just closed my account WITHOUT PERMISSION and now will have to apply for a new credit card as I can't log in it says I'm suspended and contact support with NO Info HOW THE HECK TO CONTACT!

    Shocking! Tried to use my new card for the first time to charge my electric car. Card declined. Stood in the pouring rain in the middle of nowhere with a discharged battery and a payment card that won't work. Tried to use the app but no security code received so wouldn't work. Brilliant!     Switched over from Amazon New Day and was kept informed. However on trying to log in with my Username it keeps coming up with error so tried to re register and to be told this account was already registered and just log in. Tried again and again the error message so tried chat who wanted username and again error. Since then I have phoned twice only to have call cut off after 20 minutes. I understand there could be teething issues but please announce these as at present I can not log in to pay

    This company took over my amazon card . When I tried to use my card it got rejected So I phone them up just to be put on hold for 2 hours only for them to hang up. So I tried the chat in the app, yes they didn't reply to me for 10 hours. What a joke. They told me that my account had be close because I didn't opt for pulse card but they never told me that I had to. This is why they getting one 1 star customer service is so bad

    Have been trying to make a payment for 2 weeks now to pay my balance off. With no avail. Keeps saying payment failed tried both card payment and online payment still doesnt work. Had no issues when it was amazon
